Thanks Andrew, perfect timing! I’ve just finished retouching some photos for a friend’s exhibition catalogue and now I’m ready to export. This is going to be really useful. Cheers!
What is best practice for editing photos combining Lightroom Mobile and Affinity Photo 2 on the iPad. I process RAW files and do most of the work in Lightroom Mobile iPad app but when it comes to more advanced retouching requirements I will open and in Affinity Photo 2 iPad. But if I export DNG file to AP2 all of my Lightroom edits disappear. So, I've been saving Lightroom files as TIFFs, importing to AP2 and working on retouch there, saving the TIFF to files and then reopening in Lightroom to finish up. This seems like a very protracted method. Is there a better way?
Hi Andrew, another great video. I am slowing learning how to apply the techniques you show on some of my pics. While JPEG and PNG and all the others are somewhat familiar, new to me, your videos are helpful. Thank you! And I really enjoy the shorts 😁
Thank you so much for your kind comment and words Mario! I really do appreciate it, glad you like the shorts too, another one is out today as well as a longer tutorial :)
I had so much trouble in that area. I was looking for save the photos to the apple photo library and I never found the way to save it. Can you tell me how to save the photos into the apple photo library?
I’m having this same problem. Either only my background layers shows, or only my adjustment layers will show…. Depending on which format I export. I cannot get my correct image to export to .png, .tiff. Or .jpg. Did you ever end up solving this Ben?

I love Darkroom iPad... hope to make tutorials on Darkroom soonish Sue :)
@@CreativeGoodman look forward to them
Me too Sue lol :)
Exporting doesn’t always pick up the correct layers. When I want to send a quick image to friends, I often have to take a screen shot.
I haven't come across this issue myself Bernard, it might be a random bug that hopefully, they will fix as you shouldn't need to send a screenshot :)
