I didn't follow this recipe however I've got to say- Great shout on the tray of water. I tried this today. First time my Focaccia wasn't as hard as a brick. I used the olive oil from a jar of sun-dried tomatoes. Amazing. Love from the toon!!!!

Is xanthan gum safe with gut issues ?
I have major Bile acid malabsorption and I’m fine with with xantham gum 👍🏻
