Sakura Focaccia (Gluten free/vegan)

    Ingredients:
    200g potato starch
    200g super fine rice flour
    60g tapioca starch
    40g pea protein(or any kind of protein can be substitution)
    12g psyllium husk
    30g sugar
    20g olive oil
    5g salt
    5g dried yeast
    570g warm water
    20g pickled cherry blossoms
    Instructions:
    1. put all the ingredients except for cherry blossoms in a bowl.
    2. mix well. keep mixing at high speed for 3 minutes.
    3. let it ferment until it gets doubled in size.
    4. soak cherry blossoms for a few minutes, then drain, squeeze and chop.
    5. add cherry blossoms to the dough and transfer to the pan.
    6. sprinkle olive oil and salt, then let it ferment until it gets doubled in size.
    7. bake at 160℃/320°F for 20 minutes, then 200℃/392°F for 10 minutes
    8. Enjoy!

    片栗粉 200g
    パン用米粉 200g
    タピオカスターチ 60g
    豆プロテイン 40g
    サイリウムハスク 12g
    甜菜糖 30g
    オリーブオイル 20g
    塩 5g
    ドライイースト 5g
    ぬるま湯 570g
    さくらの塩漬け 20g
    「作り方」
    1、さくらの塩漬け以外の材料をボウルに入れる。
    2、ミキサーのハイスピードで数分間混ぜ続ける。
    3、二倍に膨らむまで一次発酵させます。
    4、さくらの塩漬けを水に浸け、絞って刻みます。
    5、パン生地にさくらを加え、生地を形に移します。
    6、オリーブオイルと塩を散らし、二次発酵させます。
    7、160℃で20分、その後200℃で10分焼きます。
    8、エンジョーイ!

      I love these videos. I have celiac disease and of course, I’m not going to go nonvegan. Luckily a grocery store opened near me that has many options.

    Thank you for this. As a lifelong vegan who has recently had to go gluten free, things have been so hard. I feel so restricted, like I can't eat anything! This bread looks incredible. Thank you for so many delicious vegan, gluten free recipes!

      Solidarity. Do you have celiac disease as well? You’d be surprised how gluten finds its way into everything. Hope you’re still able to maintain your micros. Gluten free beans are you friend. Potatoes are pretty much always safe.

      @@jenm1 my antibodies were high but I was told I couldn't get a celiac diagnosis without an endoscopy. Went gluten free for 3 months and antibodies are now negative. So either gluten sensitivity or celiac! It's been so tough!! Wheat is seriously in everything

    Thank you for the recipe❤ Unfortunately I have sad feelings watching it, cause I could easily make it at home, but I can't do it in the place where I am now. I am from Ukraine, and there are russian troops in my hometown now. I have to move to the peaceful region, but it is difficult to find gluten free products and equipment here. But I am ok and Ukraine will be ok. And I will make some of your recipes after victory at my home💙💛

    Since I’m neither celiac nor allergic to wheat, I’ll stick to my foolproof recipe using bread flour and just add in the pickled cherry blossoms. It’s always good to learn new recipes and cooking methods, so thank you very much for sharing this with everyone.

    My daughter has to be gluten free as she has a low tolerance to gluten. And she is now 100 percent vegan. My daughter has a feeding tube, and she tries to eat some things. She showed me your UA-cam videos. And this week we are going to try this recipe! We are both excited for this. Please keep making these videos! We thought at first going gluten free and vegan was going to be difficult, but it's really not that hard. Thanks again!

    First of all I am grateful for this recipe, I have celiac disease and I am happy for all of us who have dietary restrictions. I really like the peaceful cuisine videos, I find everything very tasteful and pleasant. I'm going to try to make this recipe this week, I was inspired, the only ingredient I won't find here in my country is the cherry blomsons. But I'll think about what to replace, maybe I'll replace it with a mini white rose?

      It's quite common in Japan for hundreds of years! You can use it for cooking, baking, even for drinks ☺️ Highly recommend if you like rosy aroma❣️

    I didn't know you can eat cherry blossoms! Are they the petals of the cherry flowers? Can someone be so kind to describe how do they taste? Do you eat them also raw, like in a salad? I'm so curious about that.

      these are pickled in salt. They are slightly sour and salty. It's usually the bud before it flowers. In Japan they will use cherry blossoms in things like mochi, pastries, tea.

    160℃で20分焼いた後、1度取りだして、200℃に予熱して、再度オーブンに入れて10分焼く感じで良いのでしょうか?
    それとも、160℃で20分焼いて、そのままオーブンに入れた状態で、200℃に予熱する感じですか?

    Very well shot video, but personally I'd have edited out the sound of the mixer. It spoiled the mood of the video for me a little bit.

    何年前か覚えてませんが、あなたのパンレシピのパンが好きでした。ドライフルーツの、見た目が此の動画のパンに似てる薄いパンでした。レシピを見たいです。過去動画を探しましたが、見つけられない。又作りたいので、残念。
    旬のトウモロコシと大葉の炒め飯も美味しい。そのレシピも見つけられないです。
    当時、他のパンも作りました。
    当時いくつか作りましたが、私好みの味でした。
    ですので当時、レシピ本が有ったら、欲しい😊と、思いました。
    今日、お勧めに表示されてたので、かなり数年の久しぶりに、チャンネルを見に来ました。懐かしいけど、サムネを見る限りですが、料理作品の雰囲気が代わりましたね。
    あなたの、外国料理を、濃厚な味ではない味が好きでした。
    あなたの、素材が美味しいレシピも好きでした。
    現在も、その様な味が、私個人的には好みです。
    当時のレシピを、本にしたものが有ったら、又作りたいので買います。

      Generally speaking when the ingredient is such a small percentage of the overall ingredients (of bread) you can mostly substitute like for like. The only time I would hesitate to sub is when said ingredient makes up the bulk of a recipe.
