Loving seeing the single jingle crank-out that much power. It's like a whole nother' rev range when the boost is actually completely built, never ending and pure awesome. Congrats, can't wait to see some passes.
Josh Elkins the least painful approach is real easy. To start with we need flat, clean block & head surfaces. We then need to check the head bolts / studs for stretch. Chasing the threads in the block is a good idea.. ARP head stud threads go into the block DRY, some instructions aren't quite clear enough so there's that. You don't want to bottom the studs out completely or leave them hanging above any available threads so pay attention. IIRC there should only be 1 stud that sits up higher than the rest on a D series ( back left stud closest to the VTEC solenoid ) Then... We make sure you torque your head bolts / nuts in the correct sequence, follow the proper torque steps and torque to the instructed values. Don't forget to lube the stud threads on the head side, the underside of the nuts and both sides of the ARP washers lol Use a quality headgasket, a genuine Honda HG is a good start. Just try to discover any problem areas as you go through the process, GL!!!

K3NnY_G Thank you, Sir.
very nice!!! congrats on the new numbers
Super happy for you bro. The 16s got a lot of potential. I imagine you changed out the Pistons to be able to hold the compression.
I've been watching you since you started the EG build, you've come a long long way dude. what did it take to go from 400's to 600's?
Great build man not easy to reach 600whp on a single cam props to you my man!
K series are single cam yet very easy to make high hp on
Who tf told you a K20 is single cam? They are literally the next generation of a B20 which are dual cams as well....

@@tegnando2697 how did the d16 serve you? I've got a y7 and I'm trying to build it just like you
@@FragStar it was ok I just wanted more power and torque
did you still use the Original d series arp headstuds ?
Love the videos, keep cranking them out. Btw how much tq did it make on this power level
I believe it was 370 or 380lbs
D the Destroyer
what kind the clutch are you using?
Who does your tuning bro? Shit is sick.
What headgasket did u use for this setup. To get a proper seal for that much boost?
Supertech headgaskets will hold that much power and more.. great sealing headgaskets.
AYYYY #SOHC #CleanestSingles
Please tell me you're going to do some passes soon, I cannot wait
What piston did you used ?

I’m assuming y’all made that on Race fuel? 30psi. No way that’s e85. I want to hit 600whp on e85 but I’m gonna have to push like 40+ psi lol

I’m trying to run e85 and would you recommend this it’s on a website change2e85.com it’s a conversion kit ?
jakezilla94 i made 614hp on my dseries as well, On E85 fuel 31 peak psi
The Daily life all u need is a upgraded fuel pump, 1000cc injectors, chipped or s300 ecu, tune. nooob.
try to hit the 600+ as well but still with the d trans hopefully it will hold the power
I doubt it will lol
Mine made 614 and im still on a d series trans
IG JESUSD6765 Congrats man, what’s your build specs if you don’t mind me asking? Would like to get into the 600+ myself one day?
Haven't had much problem with the D trans... it's the cranks. Some people say they're stronger than B cranks but they're not. They're weak.
