Love the build! As a circle track ex 4 banger class racer you can oil starve the oil pickup tube by turning left hard. Went threw 3 d series z6s before I realized it was an oil windage issue and even with an extra quart and a half, (Shaffer's 20w50) helped. But what fixed the problem was me making a trap door windage box inside of the pan to help keep oil to stay around the pickup tube. Never popped a motor after 2 years when the others would only last 2 or so race nights before rod knocking. My race engines always got new bearings and rings. My class was very limited to modification, so refreshing up the old engines was the biggest power adder. Only reason I say this is because of the autocross you were doing. Great build and love the attention to detail on making the cheaper ebay parts work great. Subbed!
