Also in cases of nervines like nervous disorders you can actually treat anxiety and depression by relaxing the muscles using electrolytes things like epilepsy or affected by electrolytes and it can stimulate and smoothly condition you're nervous system to be less reactive but this is also true with your muscular system or you muscular skeletal system which may be spasmodic but essentially depression anxiety is also form of spasm or spasmodic reaction, what you want is less spasms more fluidity and consistency, like a heartbeat you want something that's consistent not irregular.
Remember guys. This is not just for your voluntary muscles. Electrolytes are needed for proper functioning of your involuntary muscles as well... including your stomach, intestines, lungs and of course ... your heart.
Brawndo's got electrolytes... Let's water the plants with it, instead of water, like what's ín the toilet... I mean have You seen crops growing out of the toilet?

Damn this might be too late since this was posted 5yrs ago but it's around 30-50g that you can fully utilize/use for muscle building...but you can absorb an unlimited amount in 1 sitting, the excess above 50g just doesn't get used to muscle building...so it's better to go for like 5meals with 40g protein than 2 meals with 100g each to maximize gains, but the 2meals with 100g each is still better than having less protein.... source: Dr. Layne Norton aka biolayne
@@frenchmontana423 note that the protein is absorbed, just that it might be stored as fat/used as energy instead of being used to build muscle depends on the rate of digestion...try to search digestion times...whey being the fastest, then egg, then fish, then beef/pork, then casein...check out biolayne's channel this is where i got that information, i just don't know which specific video he discussed this, sorry
Can you make another video about soreness? For people who don't get sore anymore, and explain if this means their workout is not sufficient. Thank you!!
Milk is fine, excessive consumption of anything is bad. You'll get more hormones from the beef you eat than the milk you drink, and after a work out the Balance of Carbs, Fat and protein is basically everything you need to refuel. I can't drink the stuff but it's good for you if you can.
I have bought electrolytes, and it taskes awfull. How am I supposed to drink it?😂 I would prefer to drink sea water than this, ugh😂, did not expected that. Does anyone have a similar experience?
if you look at the labels of sports drinks, theyre actually rubbish. theyre FULL of sugar (30-45g per 500ml) and have very little actual electrolytes in them. To make it worse, theyre often filled with sucrose and little glucose, which is essentially table sugar. So what you pay $5 per bottle is just coloured and flavoured water with table salt and table sugar in them. Absolute waste of money and wont be useful unless youre running 10+ kms
+Leangi Ooi They dont exist. It just depends on your habits. Ectomorphs are less hungry/more hungry than mesomorphs and thats about it. If you are a healthy human, your metabolism is probably as "fast" as mine.
I'm not opposed to coconut water but what I suggest is that you stop trying to exotify basic necessities if you need electrolytes in your diet because you're serious gym rat or trainer or you do a lot of yoga or you run or something like that then I suggest you get them in your diet through things like kale spinach greens and vegetables honestly, I can't stand the gimmicks they drive me nuts I'm not opposed to coconut water but it is expensive you're better off just drinking water and getting a good diet making sure you have a balanced nutritional intake of electrolytes in your food and then replenishing it with constant water or maybe a squeeze of citrus and a banana if necessary at all I don't think those are even necessary I really don't you should be getting what you need from your diet not compensating with some specialty gimmick fad I am very stringent on this I think it's really ridiculous I think that's part of the problem of our nutritional awareness in this country everything's a fad and it's on the next 30 second thing what you need is common sense down to earth practical consistent nutrition that is edible not something weird and strange that you only get to every month or so and then drop it.
@PictureFit, hello, my nutricionist has adviced me to drink water with Himalayan salt, what do you think about this? Does it have ALL the electrolytes that I need or should I go buy some coconut water? Coconut water is very expensive though...... Please someone answer back.... Also, where are the studies to back up why coconut water have all the electrolytes that you need?
how fresh must the coconut water be? what if the coconut water was pastuerised, will the electolytes be affected (deactivated/destroyed)? is there an optimal ratio of electrolytes- eg 200mg sodium to 350mg potassium to 100mg magnesium, etc.? Thanks!

i eat three eggs in the morning with a cup of almond milk....lunch bag contains three Tupperware containers. ....pasta....egg salad and a potato. two cups of yogurt and thats till dinner. am i eating enough. im 183 to 186 pounds
+alan strumolo I'm about 160 lbs and depending on what you eat for dinner we eat about the same amount of calories through out the day I don't eat much for dinner though. So, for your question "Am I eating enough" it depends on your body type, how much physical activity and your goals. For me I want to maintain my muscle mass and lose fat and this calorie range fits me even though it's slow. I train 6 days a week so that is probably why I need to eat a little more than the average person that weighs 160 lbs.
Weigh everything you eat. Look on the packaging where it tells you the calories per 100g, and multiply it so it matches the weight of your food. Add these values up for your whole days worth of food and it will tell you how many calories you've eaten in a day. Then see if you're gaining or losing weight week by week, depending on your goals you could be eating too much, not enough, or just the right amount. Until you count, you just don't know!
hey man great videos, just wanted to point out that you have high potential of being a famous UA-camr, I would just advise you to maybe buy a slightly better mic

bro, what about whey protein.. do we really need it to build muscle esp. for fat guys fighting to get fit... a video on this would be highly appreciated

drink almond milk instead of animal's milk
Is that from vegan/non vegan standpoint or from medical one?

Just a suggestion. Buy a pop filter. Or EQ your voice with a roll off up to like, 90Hz.
