Since I have started adding pink Himalayan salt to water everyday and on training days, adding an electrolyte tablet to water, I have noticed a massive increase in my energy levels and performance levels. This video is great. Thanks👍
This was the weak link for me. Couldn’t for the life figure out why I was always tired. Well it was because my diet was too ‘clean’ and not enough salts. I wasn’t getting them through my organic diet and I sweat a TON = bad combo. Added sea salt to my diet ( a good amount) and energy through the roof
no Adv. I use ON energy drink electrolytes every other day in my work place because i have to walk a lot usually in high speed. the only problem is I do not like intake carbonated drinks with high does of caffeine too much. I am looking for an alternative for it, any recomendation?!
I do 4-5 CrossFit workouts a week after strength, w/ 2x 30min low intensity cardio workouts a week... And most of the time when I sweat it taste like water... think I need some salt!
There's a big variation in how salty sweat can be between individuals. I would say if you feel good you may not need it. Might be good to experiment though.

Should you just take it before the workout. Or after and throughout the rest of the day. Like how much is too much.
ELECTROLYTE IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IN TRAINING TO MAINTAIN PERFORMANCE
