Looks like Judge Zondo is going out of his way to keep Pravin from answering simple questions. 😕
I now doubt the impartiality of justice zondo. He is tough on other witnesses but suddenly stop mpofu from asking crucial questions
Most of Mpofu's questions are of the "do you still beat your wife" variety. To which he demands "yes" or "no" answers.
Zondo is a very hood judge. Dali was not fully prepared for this case. Thats why zondo had to ask him certain questions .many a times zondo stopped pravin. U r basing ur statement for what u want to hear. Pse analyse the whole hearing. Dali will fail moyane.

As much as I like Dali, this was rather emotional compared to how people like Adv Hofmeyer question witnesses in this commission. To be an adequate evidence leader, one had to exercise extreme caution with reference to be within the confines of the law and rules of the commission which is being straightforward a fair to the witness as well as the exercise of patience no matter how much the witness evades the questions. Look, when there's evidence of your guilt, then that should come out clearly if you are well prepared, concise, and questions are based on presentation of evidence put to the witness. Dali is all over the place

Dali has a side comment for every answer and if he does not lik the answer, he gets frustrated and interupts the witness. I mean, does he want a 1 liner like Dudu, aka, i refuse to answer incase incriminate, or proper, taughtful answers? for example, on the question of Zuma, Gordon replies , but Mpofu does not lik the answer, so get frustrated and throws a tantrum. On the question of racism, Gordon says that he is not racist and telling som1 to grow up is not racist, but Dali, boyfriend ga Winnie does not lik the answer, so gets frustrated. On the question of Sars Unit, Gordon answers that the Unit which did not proceed within the Security cluster was canceled and another unit was formed under the sars rule, 2 different units..Dali does not lik the answer so gets frustrated.. while Gordon is answering, we can here noises comin from Dali. The man is getin old and representing crooks is makin him a miserable man. its a shame
