- Suspended public protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane’s impeachment inquiry erupted into a war of words when her legal representative, advocate Dali Mpofu, clashed with committee chairperson Qubudile Dyantyi on Tuesday. The two have had several tense exchanges over the course of the inquiry.

The Chair is very tolerant of the abuse that a PROFESSIONAL person as Mpofu calls himself, is throwing at him. Action should actually be taken against Mpofu who is really UNPROFESSIONAL in these proceedings. The way I see it is that Mpofu, from the evidence thusfar in front of the Commitee, can see that there is no way that this case can be won, is instead opting to play for as much time as he can possibly squeeze out and get to October 2023 when the suspended PP has to vacate the office and then qualify for all financial benefits which will then be due to her. This Chair is the best person to face off with the likes of ABUSIVE AND RUDE MPOFU.
I have the highest respect for the chair. The other party has shown an acute lack of discipline and professionalism. He should be barred from the justice system.

Mara South Africans we are biased and so subjective....there is nothing untoward about Mpofu's behaviour here, the chair seems to be compromised. I am not for Mpofu or Ramaphosa or any party, I just care about service delivery to the people. I am done with being a supporter or pro so and so. I know enough and I can't be naive to trust any political process or party or any politician
