1 thing I really enjoy about your gameplays is the enhanced color accents of the projectiles, Z Saber, X buster shots, etc... Really REALLY nice touch man

Ok I have to say this, this run is amazing but...but.....MEGAMAN X 5 MUSIC IS ALREADY PERFECT, THERE IS NO NEED TO CHANGE IT.
This game gives me so much nostalgia, remember getting scared of Sigma's face in the beginning and during the 2nd stage of his fight, and being sad thinking that Zero and X dies. (I didn't knew English at the time so I though they died)

Even though X5 has questionable level design in some parts, I still love it. It's not like X6.
Why do people hate X5 and X6 so much? I think that hate is undeserved. X5 and X6 are my favorite games of the entire megaman franchise
@@ElAbismo X6 gets hate because it was a continuation where x5 had basically wrapped the story, Not to mention pretty bad level design. That being said any hate this game gets is going to be due to RNG and the pacing is terrible, X games by this point were all about going fast as possible. X5 loves to interrupt like every 5 mins when alia chimes in to say something coming up. Personally i only hate this game in the X line up(7 i just straight ignore, it is flat out worse then this game, but that doesn't excuse any problems this game has.) X6 at least you can combat the level design by playing as zero, seeing as how that's his most broken iteration hands down, but in this game nothing bypasses the pacing and rng.
I actually loved X6 more than X5, the game engine in X6 is more polished.
I agree with the level design being weird in X6, but it definitely is something I liked because X5 was way too easy.
@@razi_man Totally Agree. I was playing X6 today and I enjoyed it and I still think it's a good game( although gate's lab and Blaze Heatnix level can go jump off a bridge). I think X5 is good( though it has a lot of Rng, Randomness with the shuttle and enigma, and some levels I can't stand some levels like Duff Mcwhalen, Volt Kraken.)

Zero died, and was revived. He doesn’t know who revived him, but it’s hinted at to be Isoc, and because of that Isoc is heavily theorized to be Wily in reploid form
You can tell the X series was intended for teenage audiences. Especially with it’s darker tone. In fact Keiji Inafune said he made the X series for fans who are older and want more Rockman in a more darker tone.
It ended up being comical when they bring Sigma back to live for the 7th time.

Aside from that, high quality performance, as usual. Absolutely awesome.
Slash, then dash. The dash cancels out Zero's slash animation. Repeat it fast enough and Zero becomes a lawnmower.

Well my guess is that Dr.Light while making X he was also working on the Armour for X to use in the process of X's Development.
But Zero is a completely different matter and as far as we know Wily didn't make any sort of special Upgrades for Zero, unless you count his Cut "Mega Armour" from X4 that's it.
@@jjwilliams410 TL:DR look up "who exactly is zero" by reploid revo.(they go into every detail we know) i think one of the classic mega mans foreshadowed zero (silhouette of him and wily talks about him) but just like in X's case he was sealed away in a kind of capsule. in zero's case he was uncontrollable and has to be put into stasis, it was also to give time to the brainwashing program in his helmet to make him into what wily wanted, but he was found and the events that are told in X4 happen (sigma saying zero was maverick and sigma beat him when sigma was still good). the W that shows up is that reprogram software going into effect. X was active before dr light put him into the capsule but was still new and the capsule was meant to test X systems to make sure he was going to obey the 3 laws of robotics.(source: day of sigma ova) though both of them stayed sealed way longer then they should have, which made X the way he is. wily wasnt very good at making robots as dr light one reason why he hated light so even his program to help control zero and change his behavior didnt work. sigma punching zero when the program was active was like turning the power off while saving in a way so its how we got the zero we have now. dr cain found X and used him as a base to make reploids the name gives it away replication+android, X and zero call themselves reploids just for simplicity and not wanting to stick out X would have been viewed as like a founder reploid and zero isnt even based on X at all he is his own thing all together. really they didnt want that kind of attention. though some games make a point to show some reploids know X and zero are special and are much older then any other reploid currently around

Is this one of the games included in the Legacy Collection? I was really confused by the randomized OST of some stages. Also, as you may have noticed i'm a huge OST remix fan, so i must ask:
What remix from "X vs. Zero" is this exactly in 43:46? I was almost sure it was U-Gen or Kurogane THIRD.
Also, at 50:22 i'm pretty sure is a slowed, pitched down version of "Maverick Rising: 2-14 'Duality'", but still, i can't find the damn 43:46 song.
Any help guys?

While plot-wise X5 is one of the highlights of all the franchices, gameplay-wise personally i find it on the lower side of enjoyment, the grading & part system being part of it, i mean, just look at you, blazing throught this game like the Pro you are and yet because the assinine ranking systen you only got a PA instead of MMH

I really wish they made a third person action game for x 8. The reason why the x games declined in sales was because the games got to formulaic. I always thought with better action elements and a deeper story the x series could actually do well.

Yeah. For some reason, defeating 7 out of 8 bosses (especially if you save Axel the Red for last), can give a higher chance for the space shuttle to succeed. Well, at least that's the case for me back in the PS 1 day.
Does collecting the Sigma Virus, as Zero, have any effect on the shuttle's success?
Cause I know there are times where you collect all the required parts and the thing still flops.
The shuttle and cannon are both up to chance is just when you get more parts for them they have a better chance

on the 3rd part of the submarine stage underwater you took slight damage and healed from a health pick while the ship was raising up. actually on second look it was from the health increase, my bad, that doesnt count as actual damage lol
