I was always fascinated by the box art of VHS tapes whenever we'd go rent a movie when I was younger, but the box art for the Blob remake scared the absolute shit out of me as a kid and it never failed to jump scare me, never seen anything so metal in all my life up til that point. There's super lame alternate art for it that's basically a woman laying in what looks like pink handsoap, but there's a part of me that's relieved to see it instead of the screaming melting guy that traumatized me LOL
For some reason I enjoy watching people go through their collections, even though I'm not into horror as much as some people. But I also enjoy the documentary called "Adjust your tracking" which discusses VHS collecting. I would recommend it to anyone who likes VHS.
'Rewind This' came first and then came 'Adjust Your Tracking.' Both are awesome you get a history of home video media and it spotlights VHS collectors who have turned their basements or whole homes into video stores. Both are an annual watch for me. I grew up with the VHS format and it is so iconic of what I stand for and what I believe in.

What I want to get back is my Venezuelan VHS as now they're my Holy Grail I still have like 250 left. Anyway good showing and cool video bro!👉😃👈
@spookymulder945 Some researchers believe hoarding can relate to childhood experiences of losing things, not owning things, or people not caring for you. This might include experiences like: Money worries or living in poverty in childhood. Having your belongings taken or thrown away by someone.

Curious...if you had half of your collection on VHS and and half on Blu Ray or DVD would you reach for them equally? Or would you only watch the digital? Like would you watch a movie you liked less just because the picture and sound quality was better?
