The Mynahs needs a place to live too, we think they're invading our areas but to them we're also invading their habitats by cutting off trees, etcs what. Plus I think seeing them around makes SG a little more colourful and cute.
Singapore was never the mynahs natural habitat, to begin with, they were pets brought over back in the 1900s and they went on to invade and driving out every single other bird species around.

the poor mynah being punished.. what do they know, they r just looking for food n shelter.. they r not like humans can work n buy food they can only roam around always in search of food n water its sad n most of the time they don't get enough to eat n also they have to always be afraid of being caught being chased being hurt by humans when they try their luck to 'steal' some of the meagre leftovers... Singaporeans have so low tolerance its sad... there r so many humans compared to mynahs n humans r the most nuisance of all creatures always harming other people, animals, insects n nature. mother earth nature n animals will do so much better without humans. We are all connected and share the same space, earth does not only belong to humans.
Last time East Coast has a lot of Mynahs too. Now all fly to Yishun? Honestly, my brother and I love to chase after these birds and see them fly in directions. Last time no computer but got these birds to scare and play with hahaha

The population of birds increase alot including pigeons. Is a nuisance in St George's Road as this block have large parapet filled with their poo just outside of rooms & living area. When mating make alot of noise & clothes hang out always kana poo. They come into my kitchen on several occasions as their bird eye view can see food. Opposite my block below the trees bird shit everywhere so is this a healthy sight ? Bird lover come over here to volunteer clean the bird shit lah ! MOH & NEA help !!! ☹
