I have the new 2021 klx140rl and I just put a FMF powerbomb header and a core 4 muffler and I havnt ridin it yet with the new exhaust, but just from the start, I can say it is very very loud and sounds awesome.
Just keep the maintenance up on them,Just like any race bike, Change oil and filter every 2-3 rides,Clean or replace air filter after every ride.It is just taking care of your machine,I have seen them with over 150 hours on the original piston..That bloody good... great bike mate, Go for it...

What bike would you recommend for a beginner adult who is 5'2"? I want a bike just to trail ride with not race. I was thinking the KLX140L but it doesn't seem to be suited for trail riding.
Hi, I would think the KLX140RL or the 150,If you can touch the 230R would be perfect.It I shard with your height to be able to touch the ground so are limited with the height of the seat.If you are riding hard maybe look at the KX85 big wheel as well. Good luck and enjoy the ride...

@@henry20o82 I’ve got it on amazon straight from FMF. Also, I have it installed and it works great! It makes the bike more powerful. All you need to to is adjust the idle after it’s installed.
