Thanks for the video. I had the exact same problem with the X5SA. Tronxy support was not helpful. They said I need a new bed level senor which they never sent. I also upgraded to Marlin and it all works now. I also had to replace my bed as it was damaged. Check out G10 or Garolite as a printing surface. So much better than stock bed.
CURA QUESTION: I use an ultrafast 0.28 profile. But the top few layers have embossed numbers and look like crap. I know you can make changes at a specific layer. Can I find the transition layer and tell Cura to use a different high quality profile for the last say 10 layers? Does that require a plug-in? Thanks. Using 5.21

Strangely, Chitubox makes this board. The original firmware was some proprietary firmware from Chitubox. I'm not sure of its name. You can't really even get ahold of the binaries for their firmware, they just give you gcode to set the parameters using their custom gcode commands.

Had the same problem with my sainsmart 300 . It was a weak step motor . Replaced it and problem was gone.
