Sir firhsa kya content creation to promote policy bazaar .. seedha seedha logho ko policy bazaar ko use karna kai liya bola without telling which health insurance is best or top 5 ... Logho ko bola ki yah policy bazaar vala bataya gai then unhka affiliate link diya ... Mostly people will search google and click on google adwords and Google will earn and go to policy bazaar ... It's difficult to believe ki policy bazar sai sponsered nahi hai

in case of health policy did day care cover the doctor fee , test fees ( some tests are very costly ) , and medication charges i have put my health insurance on hold because my friend claim got rejected because of day care rule his one day whole bill was 27k and his policy said that you have to take hospitalization and discharge receipt and it should be atleast 4 hours , one more question company me jo group insurance milta h aur individual insurance me kya difference hota h

Last year mar. 22 . My room rent was 2400 (by hospital) for 4 days total 8800 rupee. But Care health cover 800 / day i.e my total room charge become 2400 fir 3 days. My sum assured was 10 lakh .....
Apart from this hospital charged 1000 per day oxygen charges without showing any standard charge list. And on discharge day they delayed so much that instead of 3 days admission it goes to 3.5 day (4 days round figure calculated later)
And due to room rent hospital prepare bill apprx. 25000 but care health deducted and cleared 19000 bill. Well although I haven't paid any extra amount but hospital finance staff was not nice and saying next time we won't accept care health policy.
Due to this next time in aug. 22 for same case we went to Govt. Hospital. Where total expense was almost 4-5 thousand.
But care health was very well and professional.. Thanks to them

** Super Top up is very important because when a hospital sees that you have a huge base plan, they usually charge more and add more tests so they can grab as much money as they can, but if you've a limited base plan and add top up with it, hospital can't see the full amount you have so they charge less and don't usually add extra tests that you don't really need.

Hey Mandeep after studying all the points in the video I had purchased an health insurance policy of Star Health for my parents from policybazaar in 2021 July.
Last week my mother was admitted in their network cashless hospital and the hospital insurance desk sent a request to STAR for claiming cashless facility. However Star sent a list of documents to be submitted by the hospital like past records scan reports and a biopsy report. Everything except the biopsy report was sent from the hospital since my mother had the surgery only on 14th and biospy result will take 10 days. But Star has now initially denied the cashless claim saying that required documents were not submitted.
Here comes the policybazaar part. Hospital authorities asked us to consult with my agent as Star has denied the initial claim. And I called the relationship manager of policybazaar allotted to me. And funny enough that person said she is not my relationship manager and she will arrange a callback from the manager. Now if she was not my manager then why did PB sent tons of mails wishing me happy new year and all from her number mentioning her as manager.
And I received the call after 2 hours. As you said in the video you need to know the mental state of the people in hospital and you said PB will help. Now the new person asked me to ask the hospital to sent the documents to policybazaar. Then I had to go to insurance desk and ask them to sent them to my agent which they said they wont as they are not authorized to share it with third parties. I called him again and mentioned this and now he was saying that yes they wont share since we are a third party. Then why the hell did he waste my time asking the hospital to sent it to them. Finally they allowed me to take pics of documents and I sent it to PB. Mind you this should be the job of claims department in PB and now I am doing their job. I called them and said I have sent the pics and this guy Karan(who asked me to sent pics) said Vaishnav will follow up on your case soon. Till now no guy by the name of Vaishnav has called me.
Today is my mothers discharge date and we are again going to apply for cashless with a new set of documents. So the part where you said PB will be there with you during claim process is utter bullshit. Its just you vs the insurance company. I will update this comment after today.
Edit : Cashless claim denied again. Nobody from PB came to the hospital/checked with me/followed up with me. Now will apply for reimbursement when I receive the biopsy reports. So Mandeep all the points regarding insurance is fine but everything in the video regarding policybazaar is bullshit. They allot a relationship manager to us and the person will never call us. What irritated me most was that their claims department straight up lies to you saying that you will receive an update in 1 hour. But from yesterday to today nobody called me and I ended up calling them 8 times and received no update.
If the reimbursement comes through the first thing I am going to do is to change from PB to a local agent. Since your motto is Jagruk Janta I think it falls on you also to update your viewers on how PB really do their claims.

@Adolf H Update : Paid the bill and currently applied for reimbursement via my corporate plan. Apparently STAR has a 2 year waiting period on certain surgeries.
Policybazaar manager called me 3 days before asking for feedback. I just said I am not in a mood to talk to them since they were not there when I needed them the most. Anyways when I renew my policy I will be shifting from them to local agent who helped me tremendously.

Brother I would like to correct you on 1 Point that, Group policy cannot be converted to individual policies, this much am sure.Becos I tried with many of my clients. Porting or conversion of GMP are not allowed, you can recheck on this point.
About policy Bazar, I feel happy that you got Good response, But brother beleive me I have many clients misguided & harassed by policy Bazar. So policy Bazar has got quite negative remarks, so I won't advise or recommend policy bazar.

I then spoke to their customer care who did not have info about this clause. She complimented me on my knowledge and told me I was the first Customer who has asked this (Thank you LLA) She has now gone back to underwriter to see if they can remove this clause for Me.

I must thank you sir for spreading the right message and with correct information and simple explanation. People should be aware what they are taking, terms and conditions, so that clear transparency should be there while claim settlement.

If someone diagnosed some illness (say TB) about 4-5 years ago and being minor dependent ward, was treatment from CGHS empanelled hospital & completely cured for that. Since then, the person (who is nor adult & no more dependent) neither faced any TB-related nor any other medical complications. My question is why & how that person could be subjected to "mandatory waiting period for 3-4 years" for that particular disease. Besides, you or any of your viewer/subscriber could elaborate on this.

sir, last year, You had made a vdo with live discussion with NAVI Health Insurance Head, wherein you had revealed that NAVI is honest in their policies. Based upon this, i purchased a NAVI health insurance in April 2022. My policy no SA000Z10. The policy clearly mentioned that No Claim Bonus (NCB) will be added to the sum insured (SI) during renewal of policy. Now during renewal, they are blatantly communicating that NCB cannot be claimed as the policy doesn't have this provision & the same has been discontinued by NAVI. My policy has the condition that NCB will be added to SI for renewal of policy. But However even today, the NAVI official website blog itself says that NCB will be added to sum insured (SI).
Sir, looks like your vdo conversation with the NAVI head ...has been taken out by you from your UA-cam channel as i could not find that vdo on your UA-cam channel list.
Sir, I'm feeling cheated. Please introspect your association with NAVI as it is gonna mislead many innocent people into taking NAVI health insurance.

Why shall not the government provide the health benefits for all for their citizens up to a sum of Re.500,000/- per family of ४-५. As per state/provincial law it must be mandatory for all the citizens to yearn for a good health services which Govt. take pledge of and have the same obligations towards their citizens. Our government is doing really well for us here.
    १) They cover all the health expenses including -bedding charges, tests and surgeries except medications to all the govt. insured hospitals and medical institutions, but one thing the affiliated hospital/health institutions/health posts require recommendation/referral token for insurance from local hospitals for higher referral to affiliated big health institutes/hospitals..

Please elaborate on PPN package by GIPSA. Even if the policy does not have sub-limits, the insurers are making us pay because they don't admissible claim beyond the agreed limit with the hospital. So even of you have a cashless claim, you end up paying more of the share of the claim. This issue is not highlighted while purchasing the policy and only is made realised when claim is made. This is total shock!
