I'm really excited to remove that male only demerit on her taunt.
I got her from the last GSSR and I can say that she's really strong, even at NP1. It's a godsend to have a Berserker boss-killer that doesn't take 1.5x damage like servants of other classes do. I was able to get her damage mod working before the buff because I had access to burn Command Codes from previous events. But now that her buff is coming to NA she'll be way more consistent with her NP, and be able to shield your team from ST Noble Phantasms. The only things you'll need to watch out for afterwards are invuln pierce, and debuff immune enemies.

That's why I put burn CC on her. All 3 burn CC and other 1 incoming in Imaginary Scramble, you can immediately use her special mod np damage right away. With Double Castoria, equipping Child of Atlas or Honey Lake, burn CC equals obliteration.
Also I used her solo on one of the Grail Front where all enemies are Berserker. She is just so good.
Yes, she’s worth it. She’s gorgeous, her np is gorgeous and she’s a foreigner. I don’t need anything else except more sq 😭
There are 3 burn command codes, do remember that. It makes her much more reliable & you can start NPing on turn 1

@@inumitovd7900 I was actually on a long, extended break from the game until Scathach-fest cause of burnout. I had a lot of quartz on my account at the time I suppose.
From my experience yes! I still do want Van Gogh and think she is also gonna be worth it, but Yang was my first foreigner servant and I am happy with her gameplay!
I agree Yang is very good but my phone can't handle her NP.

I have Skadi and Castoria but I don’t have enough SQ for both Yang/MHXX and Van Gogh. I’m tempted to skip Yang because she’s evaded me before and it really made me angy. My box is in a cycle where I have so many resources but not enough servants to level up. It’s really crazy.
I’ll see what happens tho. Yang is dummy cute tho.
EDIT: I got Van Gogh and awaiting a multi to see if I can get Yang or MHXX on that banner. Yang and Van Gogh are more adorable than I thought in the event.
I am so torn between Yang and Van Gogh.
I like how Yang looks and I have a friend with her with like 4 burn command codes and NP2 and she is a monster, but I don't have any premium support to back her or anyone up.
I am not too fond of Van Gogh looks but my box is very Quick heavy so far, with Scathach being my at least 3 of my top 5 DPS being quick, and I have really been looking forward to giving them a quick oriented support.

If you're a meta slave, go for gogh I guess. Waifu wise you can go with Yang since you like her design. At the end of the day, just pull for anyone that gonna make you happy
If possible skip both of them or just pull for Gogh since it doesn't really matter which card type they are since you won't be running her with skadi anyway
I'm saving for Muramasa and skipping everyone until him, though that Yang 4th ascension art is making me feel down bad 🥵🥵

She's amazing for solos, even more so if you stack up her with Burn CCs and the Honey Lake CE.

I have np2 Yang, absolutely my favorite servant in the game to use, you can somewhat consistently hit 1.2 mil damage np's for one or two turns

Just did a single 30 SQ roll and pulled Yang and got Raiko to NP2 so I’m absolutely happy. 🤘

Good thing I got her earlier this year.
I decided to do 10 pulls on the banner with Raikou(Lancer). I summoned Murasaki(Rider) this past Summer; so I thought it'd be cool if I could get her, if not no big deal. Still saving for Bage when she drops anyway. I ended up pulling Yang. That seemed like a pleasant omen, so I did another 10; Another one. I swear that the meme of "Servants you want vs the Servants you get" is definition of my account thus far. Regardless, I cherish all my Servants. I just hope this luck persists for the waifu.
I got lucky at the start of the year and picked up a single copy of Yang. At NP1 she is one of my best single target servants and a very worthy addition to the toolkit. Incidentally, her arts orientation makes her synergize well with MHXX and a third arts servant so I would approach Thursday's Yang-MHXX banner as a tag team event: you want a copy of both if you can swing it.
I'll say it again, I love Yang. This video just reminded me Summer Kama, in which case I am so sorry Bazett, but I need Summer Kama, because she is 2nd best waifu (Musashi is best waifu).

I do need a foreigner and I really want Raikou so I might do 30sq on day one just in case and then save for Muramasa
I really like her and i definetly am going to try to NP2 her. She is a great boss killer with a decent kit. Great defence and if you stick to her a Honey lake even not MLB and enough flame CC then you´ll always get her damage mod on the NP. INvul Taunt, drain defense down and bulking up defence gives her strong longevity and attack.
Dunno I would want her and MHXX, hands DOWN I WANT YANG and I Wait for Wednesday?/Thurday? (only Her and MHXX on rate up, that way the other 4 star SR's won't try join the pool). Still can get spooked though, Like how Anastasia spooked me instead of getting Osakabe.
But ye I tried to get Osakabe and not get her that was a pain. How I wished I saved the SQ for the Yang Banner.
MAYBE. That bad luck on that banner will give good luck on Yang and MHXX's banner.
But one can only hope. Gacha's can be cruel.
As a Guifei user in JP, she is really solid servant, but quite fustrating when the enemy buffs itself while the taunt is on. (It's for burning the enemy)
I actually got her while rolling for MHXX since I missed MHXX the first time lol. I like a cthugha from another game well enough so she's a very welcome first foreigner. Cernunnos isn't going to stand a chance lol. I kept rolling for MHXX after that and got her too. Now I have my pick of the two servants that are probably the best positioned for that fight lol.
I have each NP1 and the hits are kind of mediocre. Part of me wants to TRY for NP2, but with so much coming out it MOST likely pays to keep my SQ dry.
her np damage can do some crazy numbers on np1 even with neutral damage as long as you can hit those burns
Used all my 21 tickets to snag a saber Frankenstein and got Yang on the last ticket. I was pleasantly surprised.

Personally, I think she would benefit from an NP buff. Being a Foreigner she basically will be doing white damage all the time and there is no real reason to use her instead of counter classing the enemy for single target damage and getting a 2x damage increase rather than a 1.5x from her burn modifier for her NP alone, not mentioning the counter class also having a modifier. I think either her third skill needs to give her damage increase against enemies afflicted by burn, or her NP has a buff to the burn damage modifier being base 200% and then increasing by 25% per overcharge. Her lack of any damage amp in her kit is also very unfortunate as she has to rely elsewhere for damage increase besides her NP, but other than those concerns she is pretty amazing.
Command codes make applying her niche way too easy, her high attack and foreigner class make pairing her with the best crit support in the game not only viable but crazy and she has amazing survivability and util, having def down, gauge drain, taunt and invul. Basically, she is built to survive until she uses her NP and nukes the enemy. My issue is that her nuke could use a lot of help and she could use some more offense, but besides that an amazing servant. Her team can amp her to make up for her lack of offense, but a buff would much be preferable and I await the day one arrives.
I had no interest in Yang Yuhua. None. No interest whatsoever.
Then I met her... saw her mandolin... I saw her cool pose, the little fire spirits, and got to use her skills during Imaginary Scramble. Soooo...
I had high expectations for Yang despite my friends telling me she would suck, and frankly I'm not exaggerating one bit when I say her performance in CQ (NP1) was so insanely good it freaked me out several times. later I got lucky and pulled Honey Lake CE for her, so.... now her damage is obscene, her survival/control is top tier, AND she ignores most forms of defence... broken servant

*Edit: Looks like I didn't have to sacrifice anything this time around. She came in one 11 pull.
This was my first non gssr banner I was ready to splurge a bit on for her to get to np2/3 so I can grail her to 120, but I didnt even run out of tickets and got her to np2. Looks like Yuyu doesnt want us to go broke

Gameplay-wise? She's a fine ST boss killer with the ability to dish out surprising amounts of damage once she gets going. Even better if you can give her the Honey Lake CE with burning CCs!
But let's be real here I pulled for her cause in my eyes she's one of the top waifus FGO has to offer which made her an absolute must have. Thank god I didn't get shafted since I'm f2p now

1500 SQ for NP2 Yang, and NP1 Van Gogh... Then I'll be using all my saved tickets for Muramasa, and spare quartz on the next Spishtar banner.
I'm here to report I got both Yang copies on the same multi after 8 multis. Didnt get MHXX so I might toss 2 multis on her banner to maybe get MLB IA or NP3 Yang for consolidation prizes.
I was trying to get xx and ended up with her.. Idk if I’m happy with that since have have jalter and himiko, guess I’ll start saving for castoria?

better wait 2-3 days when the cycle is only Yang and MHXX rate up for the day. If you roll on the first day if you are lucky you get her. But most of the time the other SR's in the pool will troll.

I have some question. does the burn bonus damage affect on np1 aswell or np2 above only?
If you mean np doing more damage to target with burn status, that is not directly tied to np level but overcharge. Still you get 150% bonus at base level. Reason why np level makes that bonus increase is because np level gives np damage increase, but thats true for all damage dealing nps. Only bonus effect of np2+ is dealing higher burn damage, which is not as relevant most of the time

I burned six summon tickets and got her and Frankie saber on 2 and 3, which seems insane. I wished i'd tried when mhxx was the daily, frankie is cute but I have good sabers already.

Is np 1 yang and mhx good enough? Just got them this morning when I'm rolling for gacha while listening to the profs lecture.
Np copies are generally not worth outside of top tier farmers like spishtar, S kama and definitely morgan for buster

She is my main foreigner. She just crushes the bosses or zerkers in general.
I really have a soft spot for her. I recommend her to all who need an ST foreigner.

That's almost my story, got Yuyu on first multi, but it took 420 sq getting her to np 2. I was tempted to roll more since I had 40 tickets saved and free quests have still sq from london onwards, but at least for the split sr banner I will refrain since I got mhxx np2 but neither Raikou or Fran and I had the feeling that I'd get either mhxx or spooks if I kept going. At least you got Yuyu as well, at the very least you'll have gotten a few copies of Imaginary Element which will go extinct on lb6

Got her np1 few hours ago. Is np1 enough good for game. 100 quartz to get np1 and i tried to get np2 with 11 pulls but I am not lucky enough.
I've had NP1 since her first banner on NA, and she absolutely destroyed bosses everywhere I took her. an easy way to get great mileage out of your Yang is to give her command codes that inflict Burn. that way, you use a face card to inflict burn on the boss, go into your NP full strength, and done
on JP, there's already 5 command codes Yang can abuse : 4 that inflict burn and generate stars etc, 1 that increases crit damage against burnt enemies by 30%

as someone who has both since their release banners, I can vouch both are incredibly fun to use and solid as hell Servants
Yang offers a rare form of gameplay in FGO where you have an actual tank that survives the end of the world and then sends enemies into oblivion. great for Arts and stall enjoyers
Super Orion does wonderfully obscene things with face cards, but needs someone to jump start his engine before he snowballs. he has no defence, so go hard or go home
do you want to feel in control of the entire fight with an answer to everything, invincible and powerful? go with Yang
do you enjoy absolutely obliterating enemies within seconds? big numbers make you happy? go with Super Orion

If you care for meta than neither of them. There are just better servants coming out like douman and next year is filled with a lot of them, while orion's crits might seem really good to have, you won't be using him once you have a decently built account, servants like oberon castoria morgan or muramasa are much more valuable in long term
@@nknown3982 I'd argue Yang is an absolute unit of a Servant, even meta wise. she can clear many challenging CQ by her lonesome and ages well with her incoming NA buff, new command codes, and if you got some SQ to spare her Honey Lake CE (1 copy is enough)
In the most recent Grail Front during the Dance In The Land Of Shadows event, my Yang singlehandedly took out 4 enemy servants all by herself despite them picking up buffs when she had next to nothing to help her. needless to say her Foreigner class hardly limited her damage or survival
she also works very well with many SSR supports such as Tamamo, Castoria, Merlin, Waver, Reines, etc. in any challenging fight where you're not hard pressed for AoE nukes to survive, Yang has an answer for everything - except debuff immune bosses
