Musashi, castoria, tamamo is my standard boss team. It works really well in most circumstances. If you gave her special dam vs sabers, she might steal MHXA's title as "best single target archer."
I've maxed out my Summer Musashi. 120, NP5, Append skills, currently at bond 11. She can farm pretty much everything except non-three enemy waves and easily swept through the final squad CQs in Nerofest. I have the most fun using her in single-enemy boss fights though - the crit damage she can pull off with the right supports is bonkers, and her extra attack melts when you get the chain off. Thanks to her, the only DPS I really want to grab is Melusine for those 90++ Nodes.

Berzerker Musashi trivialized many challenge quests for me and I didn't even have castoria. Just Tam-Mae and Paracelsus are usually enough to get her off the ground and she NEVER LANDS.
I read GOD Instead of Good and agreed immediately Had her since since she came out and she's was my number 1 most used servant till I pulled Spishtar Absolutely nutty servant that deserves the pull
I watched ur vid on her when I started playing and decided to pull her and she's basically been my carry up until(and through) lostbelt 6 and even with buster and Morgan I still use her so u already know I'mma try and get np 2.
I agree with people that say she’s a CQ servant that just so happens to be able to loop. As such she still has a niche even with the introduction of better loopers such as S. Kama, S. Ibuki, and Nitocris Alter because most of those servants have very low survivability outside of their 3 turn burst
her banner will test my willpower for more reasons than one because Summer Carmilla is on with her, and I'm down bad for them both. edit: gave in to the temptation, rolled some tickets and 7 singles later, there she was in all her American glory. edit 2: ended up rolling 200 sq to get a Carmilla and Np2 Osaka. Easily my best banner in a while.
I recently used a friend musashi during nerofest cqs with my Castoria and Merlin and we cleaned up all of the later ones with absolute ease. I'm going for her.
Mine is bond 15, I only just retired her because I want to use buster. Now she is my favorite servant or at least saber is so I would still use her even if she was bad. I do recommend getting NP 2 or higher though.
accidently got her a NP5 on the recent summer Banner, got her in 7 tickets. Though sweet now just get summer Carmilla and i'll have the set as i had Osakabehime from a previous summer and well about 60 Tickets and 2 Multi's later i have 5 Berseker Musashi and Np3 Osakabehime and no Carmilla rider. So i guess i'll just take that as win as she is my first NP5 (my last previous highest NP was when i accidently got NP3 Oberon going for the 4 stars on the Banner and only took me 300 SQ, also didn't get Gawain) I suppose i should get her to Lvl 120 and first 2 Append skill, was going to Save it for Arceuid but i do like Mushashi. Only 430 SQ and 60 Tickets remaining, i think i'll skip Squirtoria this time and just keep saving for December Melusine.
I'm new to fgo but im rolling for what i like man musashi is just more attractive to me compared to ibuki i dont rlly like how ibuki's artist draws most of his female characters
Got Summer Musashi from my first GSSR and I used her a lot before I got Space Ishtar earlier this year. Very good arts looper but as someone that likes to 6CE farm, she's less flexible than Space Ishtar without the battery so after I got her to bond 9, I haven't used her much. With Summer Kama coming up very soon, I would recommend going for Summer Kama instead if you don't have an arts looper but if you really like Summer Musashi, she'll do quite well for you too.
I figure she just needs double cast system and she's fine, I just picked Hokusai back up and she loops hard af and no one ever talks about it, is bullshit, dying on that space octo hill
Got NP1 Musashi when she first came out in Summer 4, got BLESSED in the rerun and was able to NP4 her, and after 2 multis on this banner was able to NP5. I hope I have the same luck with Summer Kama...
if you have Nero Bride or Tamamo no mae, you can put a black grail on musashi and then its a full 3T loop not needing any more skills in the next turns
I have Summer Musashi(Np1) and a Space Ishtar(Np5) and yes summer musashi has way better refund but I still prefer Space Ishtar in arts looping because of a simple reason;with her second append unlocked you can reach 100% battery on first turn just by using her own 50% battery and the 2 Castorias 2nd skill, allowing you to save their 30% batteries for 2nd and 3rd turns. I have been able to 3 turn farm every node that way, as long as they have 3 enemies, so far. Ofcourse if you can only afford to get 1 copy Summer Musashi is better since NP1 SpIshtar really strugels damage wise. But I still use Summer Musashi from time to time and she does loop well
As an np5 user, my only problem with her is berserker and assassin node hopefully she gets a buff where she gets an np battery , np strength, or even art de buff due to tge upcoming fate game

Neither. They're both Arts Loopers, and speaking as someone who has been a newish player with top-tier Arts DPS servants and none of the relevant supports, unless you actually like the character or really love the design they are not worth it, especially if you have the meta supports for a different card type. If you were going to pick one, though, Kama, no question. Musashi is never going to stop being good but she's been repeatedly powercrept over the years by servants who do the same thing better, and Kama is NA's latest version of that.

@@midir1326 Since you have morgan, and merlin you can just use a friend Castoria for the immortal team. Morgan increases overcharge by 1 so Castoria still gets 4 hits of solemn defense which is really good. And between Castoria and Morgans np gain up (total 55%) you should get np back fairly quickly with all the batteries and Merlin np. If you want buster units some notable ones are Ibuki, Melusine, Arjuna Alter and whoever comes out on the Thanksgiving banners. Castoria does come out next year so you could save for her. You should be able to arts loop simple nodes if you choose Tamamo with your free SSR ticket. The team comp would be friend Arts servant with superscope/k-scope with max append, tamamo, Paracelsus with upgraded skill 3, and a 50% charger (Vitch in your case). If you need a arts looper friend with 100% start gauge I do plan on getting Kama with k-scope and max append on my friends list if you would like

I have NP2 and she can loop if you play her second skill right and don't have awful luck with cards. Also, she can work with Koyan of light. I did a 90+ node in Nerofest featuring with her and Koyan in the front line and would bring Castoria in later. Koyan made Musashi's buster cards hit like a truck so you really didn't need her NP on some waves.
I have a Np2 summer musashi and Np1 space Ishtar on jp with no castoria, and let me tell you. Space Ishtar was FAR easier to Np loop, and NOW that I got Space Ishtar to Np2, Musashi doesn't come even CLOSE. Salter with Summer Chloe also makes her look like a joke, and I have been bouncing between Space Ishtar and Np 3 Salter for clearing waves.

Summer Musashi is like a last gen phone. It's still good/ usable, but save your money for the current gen.

if you need farmer go for musashi if you need st archer boss killer then go for archoria

depends on the supports you have. Oberon, friend Castoria and Tamamo should help her farm without double Castoria
