Thank you so much, I adapted your recipe to make cordial with the rest of my frozen blackcurrants and raspberries. In a glass and diluted with water, lovely!
I used a towel that I wet the end to wipe my hands when I cleaned my fruit (bc's) yes it was stained. I put it in pink oxy and soaked it overnight. Washed it out and it's perfect. My stained hands came up clean too. Thanks for tutorial.
First time I see a food liquid stored in a polyethylene bag. It's a surup and goes into a bottle. You can pour it hot into most nice vodka bottles and "can" it.
@@incanada83 maybe in America, in the UK it's called cordial if it's non alcoholic (also called squash or diluting juice). Syrupy alcohol is called liqueur over here.
Thanks easy to follow. Watched it after I made mine. Will use your recipie next year. Thank you

How long will it last if in glass bottles and not frozen?

Yes, please can you tell us how long it will last in bottles 👍🏻
it should last around 3-4 weeks
It's a syrup, not a cordial.
What's the difference?
@@thomasmillett In short, cordials or liqueur are made with alcohol. Syrups with sugar only.

@@josephruff6412 Thanks :-) Funny how the same foods/drinks have different meaning in different countries :-)
