3s 850 mAH was used in eflite A-10 umx.
Question is can you use 4s on this umx all the other new micros can handle 4s as well with O conversion and upgrades.
This plane isn't supposed to take 4s - which I though was kinda weird....but yeah, it's 3S

Just scored a new in box citation for 100 bucks two weeks ago and I’m loving it I was surprised with how fast and locked in its. This will definitely be pre ordered by the end of the day I’ve always love the 262 and those twin 30’s look like they move just like the citation!
I got a NIB Citation a few months ago and it goes with me everywhere. I had a couple a few years ago and sold them, kicking myself lol, It’s a real joy to fly. This 262 looks to be just as fun
If Eflite, or really anyone made a twin 40/50mm version of this I’d buy it instantly
BlitzRCWorks has a twin 50, 35" span. I added rudder to mine and upgraded to twin Xfly 4S EDFs on mine. I also have the big Dynam 262. Thinking about adding this UMX.

Thank you, sincerely! We work so hard to make quality content, and are kinda feeling a bit over-whelmed right now. UA-cam is not a forgiving environment, even if many of our viewers are amazing, wonderful people...the "mother-ship" AKA Google-eyes has their almighty hand of control over everything, and we wish we could just tell them to go pound sand...
Really surprised they didn’t put lights on this thing, especially for the price.
Just an FYI. The 850mah 3S G2 pack you pulled out of the Powerstage bundle is the same battery you pulled out of the metal tin next to your chargers. It is also used in the UMX 30mm A10, some Blade Heli, and the 600mm Ultrix. It’s by no means a new battery. Some times you go full throttle in your videos, and give confusing conflicting info. But overall great channel with tons of good info for pilots of all levels!
The first fighter jets in world history if I'm not mistaken. I wanted that UMX Sabre too but the hanger is full.
I'm so stoked their's a UMX version of this now! Thank you for the detailed radio set up as well. I can't wait!

FWIW: I found you have to go Full Throttle when hand launching (I took the landing gear off as well) the UMX A-10 which uses a very similar twin 30mm EDF setup. Works great thrown underhanded that way. Great looking plane! Love the plastic skid plates on the twin EDF housings for landing gear less modes.

The new offering HAS the new firmware installed. That's IT. Get your old one, and update the firmware if you want the new feature. They should work just the same. Horizon Hobby has made one of the biggest software releases of my RC expereince, and I'm excited to play with it, but still have very limited idea of what it'll mean for flight performance...only that it's gonna be a lot of work to deploy the product...
...anyway, all you really need to know - if you have the Rx, you can more than likely just update the firmware (technically "twice" on the 8360T) and you have the "new" one.
We'll have more on our channel in not too long.
I have flown this beautiful Gem a couple times but I noticed the ailerons move 100% up but not seeing a whole lot of down on either side right or left aileron? The manual did have a note "This aircraft uses offset servos for aileron control. It is normal to see the ailerons move up more than down
during the control test.
Looks like it does just fine on 3s. But, I'm really surprised they didn't go with the baby 4s like the Sabre.
Pretty cool little WWII bird, though.

I beg to differ with something you guys said. The Camera Crew "flies it to the ground" quite often. I've seen the videos. It's just usually at full speed or upside down 😊

LOL - exactly! I Agree, 4S would have been cool, but I guess, whatever gets the power we need, and keeps the weight down. Would like to see LED's at this point, but CAN be added, I guess, with some effort.

I didn't watch the entire video due to time but I did lol after the second hand launch where it hit the ground twice. I watched while you repaired the rudder and for the next flight after repair which brought me to the landing in the grass when it flipped and the canopy came off. I was wondering why you didn't just land it on your driveway with those skid plates. Maybe you did after and I just didn't see it
Just do an l trim- r trim elevator mix so u can do in flight flap elevator trimming . You don’t have to land the plane to adjust works perfect everytime

Hi Brian and Megan I was looking forward to your review, I’ve ordered mine and should be getting around 8th august so I have to wait a bit longer to get it here in uk cos I can’t even order from horizon in the eu thanks to our stupid decision to have brexit I use motion for stuff in eu but I have to factor in import fees of around £60 with a order like the f16 v3 that are quite heavy on the am light orders I still get free , I say this as you said I can still use your links in eu store I looked into it and they won’t send it here so I’m gutted and have to wait for the shops that supply horizon in uk to sell and the prices go up then, I’m one of your subscribers that sit and watch your whole vids lol and find them great for the information you give out , this one looks really good without the landing gear though, really looking forward to getting mine , big salute 🫡, G🇬🇧

About the RC park that you are building, is that going to be just your private RC Park? Or are you going to invite your local RC flying and boating clubs to come and fly off your airspace and run their boats in your lake? Or are you starting up such a club in your local area and building a local RC community?

They don't suggest it, and not sure the ESC's will handle it. I didn't feel it needed more speed, and as for speed between this and the F-86 - they FEEL the same...but the F-86 might be a BIT more speedy, but they're NOT the same scale...so kinda tough question.

Keep ur nx8 update it and now you have a 20 channel the plus is a standard nx8 with the new update only difference is it says nx plus but you have to go into frame rate to enable all the channels
What's the Deal with the New NX8+ 20 Channel Transmitter that's $150 Less than a NX10....What's the Catch?
NX10= Bigger battery, more physical controls, better gimbals to name a few.

Nothing just update ur nx8 and its now a 20 channel transmitter same with the 10 and the nx7e will be 14 channel but u have to got to frame rate and enable it 😉

Hey! Be nicer to camera crew Brian, getting kinda bossy I've noticed its not all the time just time to time. I like it when you guys do the adult humor moments its good to see that kinda energy between you guys. "With that being said" love your channel very informative and you are a good pilot with many different planes with a sweet peice of property for rc flying.
I know I could improve. Life is much more crazy than you see on our videos, and that stuff adds up. BUT you're right. Thanks for being here with us. I need to do better.
