Of course but not much words about incredible force Robin Fink! Also Robin was the main guitar player in GNR Chinese Democracy, my favorite album from Axl and Co!
I've always been kind of a fan of Nine Inch Nails but I never even seen a video of them performing at all. I just watched one this morning for the first time and it was amazing. I'm hooked. I went from being the occasional fan to being a die-hard in a matter of less than 4 minutes
+Chuck H thank you. I have been missing out for years on some fucking great music. The guy's energy is out of this world. And I'm talking about his newer stuff when he was in his fifties.un- fucking- believable
I remember seeing them back in 2000. I only bought a ticket because A Perfect Circle was opening for them and I was a die hard Mer De Noms fan. I ended up being kinda disappointment in APC's live performance and absolutely blown away with the NIN set. I looked at them in a whole new light after that and have been a huge fan ever since.
I had a similar experience Rob Mueller - loved the band, consumed the albums and was hooked but deep down I knew that the material would be difficult to play live and I didn't really want to go there. I purchased the live album when I found the cd in a CEX and even then I put off listening to it for months. When I finally did I was blown away - next I went to UA-cam etc... what the band do with their tracks live I feel is unique and you can tell the work that they put in, it's crazy. I can't think of another band that do so much more to their songs to breathe new life or give them a different slant when they play live.
Everyone should stop right now and say a prayer, and thank the Heavens above, for giving us Trent Reznor.... A true musical genius who makes this world such a better place!
This performance is beyond incredible... Visceral, strong, angry, cathartic, brutal, a slice of madness and frustration that everyone feels! Must be an incredible experience to just step out on a stage and hit everyone with it. NIN are that band, a collective of heavy emotion and delivery that supercede the best of music in so many ways. Sublime talent.
EXCUSE ME?! No this is not they're best performance of this song. They're best performance of this song occurred 13 YEARS AGO WHEN HE COULD STILL SCREAM!
My grandma died today at 4 am. I was sleeping , I woke up , and this song was playing at a low volume on my ipod and I could hear the landline ringing so I get up of bed and found out about the sad news. now this song will hit differently.
There never is at a NIN concert. He doesn't catch many new fans most have grown with him and thus the demo. is age 30-50 avg. Like I was 30 at the PHX show a month ago and every one was late 30's or older for the most part. I could barely jump around. EVERY seat was filled but the pit was a little light. Most ppl who go to his shows are getting to old or have been too rough on their bodies... Everyone sees OOOOOOLD Woodstock, etc footage and think that's still what it is.... NNNOOOOOOOOOOOPE it's like an art show with ppl standing and admiring one of the greatest artists of all time and don't want to miss a thing he does.
Lance Seaman i would die to see that, my parents listened to NIN alot when i was young and about two years ago i started listening to them and i couldnt of been happier to find them, Trent is extremely talented in so many ways, and his music is absolutely outstanding in my opinion, makes me wish i was born in 1979 instead of 04, but im glad NIN impacted me as much as it did, if it werent for them I’d probably be dead.
This looks like it was an awesome show . Seen nin once during with teeth tour and going again for the last show of the tour this year .This is one of my fav non songs and this is by far of videos I’ve watched the best of this song , didn’t play this song when at concert I went to so I do hope it’s played when I go in sept. Rock is prob my fav music although I like a wide variety of music even some classical ,80s , Christian hard rock heavy metal like Underoath , and big muse fan , Pink Floyd and zeppelin, slipknot. But nin has always been my favorite by far . For me nothing even comes close. Trent is so talented amazing voice musical genius and Ike rdj an inspiration for overcoming what he has in personal life . All songs are so powerful in different ways. His voice can while working out get me pumped or when getting intimate with my fiancé and turns me on and some r so powerful that can bring me to tears music and lyrics even songs without lyrics like a warm place. I’m so excited to see Trent again live and with my fiancé it’ll be his 3rd concert ,Eminem and candle box( the only show we’ve gone too since been together ) I’ve been to so many concerts thou and again favorite was nin. It may not be fiancé’s cup of tea or favorite type of music he’s more of a rap fan . But he knows how much I love nin and how much seeing them means to me I can’t wait to experience and share it with him, Trent’s talent his voice lyrics even his stage presence it’s like an out of body experience. And him knowing how much it means to me I know he’ll enjoy it as well . And hopefully after finally seeing live he’ll have more appreciation for the music. He tells me that I was either born in wrong decade or that I’m and older soul in an younger body (38) with the music I like. But I don’t mind personally I feel it’s hard to find good music no a days and most of it I don’t even know if I consider it music . But nin continues to make amazing music heck even enjoy the music made for movies mainly with David Fincher .
In addition to my long ass comment read someone else’s comment yes Trent doesn’t scream as much now that he s little older . And I will say I will miss that but even so still to me nothing compares to Trent live . But that is one reason I told fiancé had to see a show this tour .
After hearing TR mention that NIN was not on the table to be doing any touring soon, a lil birdie heard TR & AR were seriously contemplating doing something special at The Sphere, LAS Vegas, NV TR to The Sphere: "Where the fuck were you?" 😂 I'd pay to see a limited amount of shows. Regardless, NIN has been the best live performance band I"ve ear seen. Time to hear Hersey.
Anybody know if there is any way to get this entire concert recorded with clean audio like this song? I keep finding other songs from this night but they are all murky recorded off of people's phones. But if they properly recorded this song then they just of done it for the entire concert.. right?
ALEX!!! If you ever read this... We met on the bottled app, you loved NIN, Radiohead and The Weeknd as much as I do. I'm Fa from Mx, where are you!!!??
nah not unless you're at the gig - The Fragile is v layered soundscapes, with their sparse instruments they can't do the warm textured sound and the detail.
I always found cute the way Mr. Reznor starts to jump excitedly. That is singing with passion!
lol
This performance is absolutely unhinged, which perfectly fits the mood of an equally, if not more, unhinged song.
Without a doubt one of the greatest musicians of all times!!!
Chad Lawson Along with Alice Cooper, David Bowie and Marilyn Manson.
Marilyn Manson AGREED
I agree
Yeah a wouldn’t go that far haha
@@B-dawg95 I would go that far
Lighting tech: "How much strobe do you need Trent?"
TR: "Yes."
😂😂😂
Summary of my reaction to this video: "Why do those guitars sound weak like tha... HOLY FUCKING SHIT O_O"
This is one of the most underatred hard rock songs of all time.
What an incredible way to start a show
For real I was stunned!
Trent is a Genius.
THEFUCKINGCROW you goddamn right
This performance is fucking INCREDIBLE!!!!! One of my all time favorite NIN songs 🤘🏻
Of course but not much words about incredible force Robin Fink! Also Robin was the main guitar player in GNR Chinese Democracy, my favorite album from Axl and Co!

Welcome, Brother.
+Chuck H thank you. I have been missing out for years on some fucking great music. The guy's energy is out of this world. And I'm talking about his newer stuff when he was in his fifties.un- fucking- believable
Rob Mueller all of his music is genuinely outstanding.
I remember seeing them back in 2000. I only bought a ticket because A Perfect Circle was opening for them and I was a die hard Mer De Noms fan. Oh.....the irony......but so true.
The best sounding man (band) that has ever come out of Pennsylvania.
Ohio
Check NIN rehearsal on Reptile heavy and explosive!
Love the 9/4 time signature and heavy performance of this song.
I was there it was epic the floor felt like a it was going to give out everyone was jumping!!!!
This is fucking amazing! LOVE the use of space in the verse riff! SO TIGHT!
I need to go to a NIN show and fast! The drummer, that's real drumming, play with passion and energy.
This has for years been my favourite performance of this song, they managed to match it in Manchester the other week. I was SO happy!
Undoubtedly, the best live version of this song!!!
How does one song make you wanna break everything??
This is one hell of a performance of one of my favorite songs. I'll be coming back for years now.
No matter how much people love this guy he's criminally UNDER RATED!!!!
Amazing!!!!!!!! I need to experience NIN live. I'm so sad I missed them in 2022. Hope they do another tour soon.

I can’t quite take my eyes of Robin in this video. I’ve played it to death recently and it’s still not getting old.
That's one of my favorite songs ever and this performance🔥🔥🔥thanks you so so much for sharing
So amazing. my daily drive to school song!
Atticus X lol nice
Holy shit. I commented here two years ago. This performance never gets old.
Still say the best live version of Somewhat Damaged was on the Fragility tour, behind the curtain with the original intro, but that's just my opinion
20 years later and still the best opening I've ever seen
all of it is good tbh, personal taste, the curtain covered in flower was super cool
Link?
Nope bowery version is untouchable!
I second that. That was the most awesome concert opening I’ve ever seen.
This song gives me goosebumps. NIN❤️
EXCUSE ME?! No this is not they're best performance of this song. They're best performance of this song occurred 13 YEARS AGO WHEN HE COULD STILL SCREAM!
Absolutely iconic musician!
Holy shit. This Is rad. Wish I could have gone to one of these club gigs
My grandma died today at 4 am. I was sleeping , I woke up , and this song was playing at a low volume on my ipod and I could hear the landline ringing so I get up of bed and found out about the sad news. now this song will hit differently.

That's some high energy
I miss that place... you can get so lost wandering upstairs 😎😉
Trent Reznor is a genius ♡ Alltime favourite nin song ♡♡
Perfect Venue Size.
You know, it really bums me out that there isn't a huge moshpit happening to this
RIGHT
The venue is too small for a mosh pit

perfection.
I agree the best live version of this😎
Perfect
So true...title...best performance of this song
In my opinion the "Beside you in time" live performance is better. But this is damn good too.
Thanks 👍😘🇸🇪
i used to play there
Great rendition indeed. I still prefer the Roskilde performance though.
Agreed, the Roskilde performance was scorched-earth greatness.
The best video on here
it would be awesome to see the entire show. I wonder if it is available

Sick
I’m not saying this man is THE God but he definitely is a god.

Fuckin love this song. One of best on Fragile and that sez a lot.
After hearing TR mention that NIN was not on the table to be doing any touring soon, a lil birdie heard TR & AR were seriously contemplating doing something special at The Sphere, LAS Vegas, NV

I don't know that Sydney version the band put out with the ferris wheel is a pretty bad ass version
the lack of motion in this crowd is fucking criminal
The Bowery Ballroom :) New York City

Hey obsessed with finding this full set. No one has. Just the one song. Any Suggestions?
