Thanks for the demo. It looks so easy and beautiful when you do it! I'm trying gouache at the moment and am finding it a real challenge, especially getting the consistency right (either it turns out to watery or not wt enough).

Wonderful demo! Love how you layer the gouache and capture the light. So many times I thought, “He’s finished”, but you kept adding and it got better and better. Do you use gouache straight out of the tube or do you re-wet it? What is the palette container you are using in your left hand?
Thank you - yes I use paint out of the tube. A few times I re-wet it, but fresh paint is best. The container is a ice-cube tray which I had on hand. Works well :)
