- The Duchess of Cambridge showed off her film-making skills during a visit to a creative centre for young people in Brixton along with her husband Prince William. Kate had a go at using a DSLR camera with a gimbal at the ELEVATE centre in south London during a filming and photography workshop.

The Duchess of Cambridge is absolutely gorgeous. I love seeing William and Catherine, both so kind. These two are the Monarchy now, we owe a great deal to Queen Elizabeth for her constant, repeated nurturing of the Crown and her eye constantly on the future, this is the fruit(s) of all of her labors.

@@cjosborne9430 I didn't meet them personally but I know people who did. They just turned up at the local pub quizzes and there was no fuss, just sat down with the others and had fun. Catherine used to be seen shopping at one of the supermarkets. Staff said she was very friendly. I just cannot stand lies - and that's why I'm so disappointed in H&M.
Such good people the Cambridges are! I live in the US and I have learned so much from them! They are really educating the world on some very very important matters that gets to the heart of the problems! They don't just sit and talk about it in meetings and making "policies". They get out there and are actually DOING something about it!!!!!👏👏👏👏👏

I've been a camera guy since I was a child in the sixties. Certainly when I was in college in the seventies I remember so many photos of Her Majesty shooting with a Rolleiflex as a child with her family, then that beautiful gold engraved Leica M3 and later, her gold Rollei 35. I'm sure she's enjoyed seeing the Duchess so interested in photography, and like the Queen, the easiest subject for a royal is their family!

As a lifelong photographer, that camera set-up is really slick!! LOVE the ease that William and Kate have with people. WONDERFUL!! ☺
William has respectfully asked that his wife be referred to as Catherine. He has a number of reasons for that request. (Harry's wife chose a name she wanted to be called and the media adheres 100%. All Catherine asks is to be called by her birth name. That is not too much to ask. She has a right to be called what SHE wants to be called, not the nasty name the media used to mock her relationship with William before they were married. Why does Harry's wife get to be called by a name she chose and Catherine can't even get people to use her given name?

Female Royals get their titles from their husbands. The titles were created to GIVE her a name, or else she would go through life being "Princess William" (since the title of princess is born, not made, so she can NEVER be princess C.)
He is HRH William, Duke of Cambridge, she is HRH Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge. He is William, Duke of Cambridge and she is Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge. He is the Duke of Cambridge and she is the Duchess of Cambridge. He is the Duke and she is the Duchess. He is WIlliam and she is Catherine. He is Prince William and she is Princess William. She is also Catherine Middleton since we never lose our birth name.

If you are not sure, it is NEVER wrong to merely call her Catherine. Royals have no surname and are always called by their first name. It is not disrespectful.
