The older guy says he’s trying to get away from the commercialism of beautiful body yoga. Yet the young gorgeous yoga teacher has videos on her website of her in Greece that look absolutely stunning. Beautiful drone footage…. Professionally shot and edited. And her body is to die for. The kind of body that I’ve dreamed my whole life of being around. Their video editing for their yoga videos, and the music they choose is spot on magnetic and captivating. I am not trying to knock what she does or her husband. More power to them if they can use the assets they have and be successful. I’m just stating the reality of how things appear to me. Who doesn’t like to look at beautiful things that nature / or universal consciousness has provided in the form of human beings. Good for both of them. Do your thing.

Thank you so much for the conversation you guys had with those people. It helped me half a year ago when I switched to a new phase of life, then this one has helped me again today from the discomfort in the new phase as well. And I learned so much each time about the meaning from the conflict that I felt but everyone around me seemed the odd from deep wound as norm and forcefully to convince you to accept the delusion.

Wow I was really moved by this. Really confronting my own internal world and the call to slow down. We spend so much of our life trying to improve and where does it take us? And in that speediness to be better we miss what’s here right now. Thankyou for sharing this transmission 🙏🏻

Interestingly, during the civil war-prior to what Annette’s says was the first “diagnosis” of trauma in soldiers returning from war, calling it shell shock-it was called soldiers heart.

Stars and destruct is not a good name in my opinion, because it always gives me a negative feeling... and you guys try to do the opposite. Would go for something different and if can one word. Also the icons are too busy too click on, would change some branding. Love the content don't get me wrong. Just want to help get it bigger.
