Investing in a Bear Market

Investing in a Recession requires a different mindset & set of tools. Risk Management & Hedging your downside with shorts is critical.
Don’t forget though that long term the market always goes up. If you’re diversified in quality assets, you will ride the wave to profit - guaranteed. Love all my bulls & all my Bears. I try to wear both hats & look from both lenses to see the world data as it is. None of truly can predict the future, so this is why diversification & risk management (hedging your long position with a short), is so important to protect your downside in both real estate, crypto, business & the stocks.

Hey mike! I just watched Graham's video about you and your journey is amazing! I noticed you said you put 20% down on your first home. I was wondering why you didn't use an FHA loan for 3.5% down. I have just started learning about RE, so I apologize if it is a bad question. Thank you!
