@@Shin-mu7ycthere actually is no way, each piece is referred to as a Tetrimino. You can see this in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, with the few spirits available. I believe they made Tetriminos S & Z share a spirit, I know L & J did. I, T, and O were their own separate spirits though.
