but you have to carry your own tent & meal
bcoz there is no cafe on hampta pass trek

See of you're an amateur and do not have budget constraints try millet. If not go with the north face or Coleman. If you want a cheaper one wildcraft has a good one. I have personally tried the north face and they are amazing.
