Loved your TT experience Saffy, I always thought I'd have gone at some point too but procrastination strikes lol. You have inspired me to make more effort while I can still ride so thanks for that. Keep doing what you do (with less disasters maybe?) and always stay safe and have fun. :>)

😂 I once got my squat caught in a squat machine, it was the most horrific day, had to call out for help like a little injured dog

Glad you made it over for the TT, Shame about the rain, but at least you missed the overnight storm just before Practice Week that blew down marquees and waterlogged the ground where the bike garages are set up. Hope you revisit for a longer stay. A copy of the 'Whats on' guide is useful addition to possessions. As you will have discovered, most locals and visitors are friendly and a good source of information and advice. 😊

Having been a racesafe marshal for some time now, I think the training should be done with a fan blowing a gale at you and cold water being poured down your back, for that realistic experience 😂😂 having also marshaled at the TT massive respect to the IOM TT marshals 🎉🎉🎉

More night riding but headligh seemed fairly well adjusted and not aiming for the tops of trees because a dealer didn't prep the bike right.

Not been for 10 years :( I'm so embarrassed with myself and must sort a good biking trip soon. Wild camping would be a good one for you to document and give people tips on as it's basically illegal in LOOOAAAAADS of places xD

it was Glenlough, at the top end of Ballahutchin just before Glen Vine.

I am a large (not fat) man in his fifties. I am going to be more like you. You remind me that people can be good, free thinking and nice. I am leaving the ego driven aggressive thick tossers behind me. Us old ones have wrecked enough and only inspire division and hate.

This is great, I was there for my first time last year on the bike, and had similar calamities 😂😂 to make matters worse my dad was on the back as pillion ! Going to the Manx in August, really looking forward to it

Too bad that women dont race the TT that has to change. I would love to see a woman competing in the next year TT. It just seems like its all men every year.
More and more women are slowly getting into Motorsports since they started removing the decorative women with umbrellas :D young girls are starting to aspire to be on the bikes rather than holding umbrellas now!
Both Maria Costello and Veronika Hankocyova raced the TT this year
