Thank you so much Lisbeth, I really really enjoyed watching you create all those beautiful and inspiring prints with the Gelli Plate. They are so stunning too. Please stay safe and well too xxxx Mags ❤❤❤❤
Beautiful!! ❤ I often use non-stick baking paper when I want to smooth something out without it lifting off (for example the gold flakes that were sticking up). It comes in really handy too when I'm collaging finer papers like tissue paper. Just place it on the collaged piece, rub and lift off very gently.
Thank you. Thanks for the info haven’t thought of it in connection with the gold flakes, but I do the trick fix with tissue or napkins. But I really don’t mind that I am not in control and the grunge look.
What stunning results! And quite spooky as I recently bought a pot of foil flakes embellishments here in the UK, which are from Denmark- now I know what I'm doing tomorrow!
Thank you for sharing your process, I really like this technique and am inspired by it. New sub from Australia 🇦🇺 You have a lovely accent and teaching manner too💕 can’t wait to watch part 2
Wonderful video. I had not thought to try this, but makes perfect sense. Thank you for the inspiration. I have lots gold flakes. I will turn off the fans and get busy. Thank you. Love the idea.
love this, I have a lot of different colored leafs, so it will be fun. I'm looking forward to Part 2 also as I have lots of mica powders I've collected over time . After part 2 would you do a video combining these as a collage ? I'm great at making papers, but collaging is another thing, appreciate you sharing, 😊
Thank you. Next Wednesday a gel print session with metallic pigments and the following 3 Wednesdays, 3 different collages made of the papers. But look at my other gel printing videos they are followed up by collage video’s.
amazing! I just subscribed after seeing your work with this technique. Thanks for sharing this inspiring idea! Time to pull out my gold leaf, flakes and new copper leaf.
I really love your use of the metallics. I've also played with the metallic foils in combination with foliage on the Gelli plate with surprising outcomes.
Very nice and comprehensive tutorial. I really like that you used a variety of papers. Can't wait for Pt 2 because I'm wondering what the effect would be to sprinkle the powder on top of matte medium on the gel plate. Thanks Lisbeth
Ooooo! Love the metallic leaf bling prints! I can't wait to see how you use these little gems!
Thank you, there will be 3 videos the next weeks with collages made of the papers.

Beautiful prints 😊 I think the ones on sheets are real gold leaf, and therefore doesn’t crack as easily as the other ones 😊
Thank you, that would be a good explanation
Yes, those from your dear mum are likely real gold leaf!

What kind of black paper is that? I love your ideas. I will try it with my gold leaf.
Thank you, I live in Denmark and I bought it local and there is no brand name on the packing. But it the same gsm as ordinary copy paper 80 gsm.
Do you ever watch your own videos? Lots of nothing to see.
Thanks for telling me this, that really made my day. Why keep looking if you see nothing. Luckily lots of others have been glad to see this video.
