Thanks for the plug. It was great talking to you. So glad you decided to stick around and check out all the craziness that is Overland Expo. Hope to see you again in Arizona!
Short video, but an interesting conversation with my new friend Dean... as i was driving home from Vegas to Detroit. I honestly didn't know what overland was exactly... I guess my cycle tour was a form of overlanding...
jayoe should get this chinese-made V6 pick-up RV(class B camper). i saw someone bought chinese made electric cars on taobao and shipped to usa without problem. this pick-up RV is made by datong-gm joint venture. it should qualify us auto standard. the RV includes karaoke theater room, big screen internet tv, tea table with induction boiler, massage couch, auto hanging bed, kitchen, kitchen vent, gas burner, microwave, refrigerator, bathroom, air condition, solar charging rooftop. it only costs you 62k us dollars, way cheaper than RVs sold in the us. you can take the red jacket salesman(6'1”) as a reference that the camper is not too big for parking problem in cities and not too small for living in it for an extended period of time. i specially like the RV designer placing an enclosed kitchen & bathroom in the back end of car. so your bedroom area wont smell like kitchen all day long. if ur vanlife will last a few months long, your bedroom not smelling like steak dinner will guarantee you a better camper experience. ua-cam.com/video/ATIQweyH0n0/v-deo.html
your going to love overlanding!! keep an open mind to me its just like traveling like our past fore fathers did when they crossed this great country of ours, wish i was going with you guys it sounds exciteing as all get out an go!!
And there was me thinking you'd have a hard time finding people to talk to compared with China. But there's always someone looking to put themselves out there!
people can do both in china. in china's northwest and southwest regions, many places have no human habitats. you just follow truck trails left by previous adventurers. people need a good powerful off-road v8 trucks to go to those places. vanlife in alpine meadow of china ua-cam.com/video/M2J_q001EUU/v-deo.html vanlife in zhejiang villiage ua-cam.com/video/d08Y5yHFa5Y/v-deo.html vanlife in desert of china ua-cam.com/video/V_e0Fyjn22M/v-deo.html

Yeah, go check it out. I’d love to hear more.
Gweilo60 is not just some random Canadian, he is a pretty pretty tough Saschawan Canadian.

What a fortuitous meeting. It will give you even more ideas to customize your JaYoe Van.
Dean is truly a wise man in his areas of expertise.
Amazing conversation
There are great people all around the globe. Glad to see that you're bouncing into them and JaYoe more of the positivity!
This is sooo good Matt.
What a great opportunity.
Love your flow.
May it your travels continue to be this awesome!
Great start to the new adventure.

Nice vid. Enjoy listening to you guys just chatting about stuff
Oh man, that was like 15 minutes away from me. If you find yourself heading back this way (Fort Collins), I can provide a shower and a beer.
Dean’s accent is so American. The tongue sound like in northern Chinese accent in my mind. Aussie has another tone called drunk! Haha
And there was me thinking you'd have a hard time finding people to talk to compared with China. But there's always someone looking to put themselves out there!
Want to go on a ski trip with them.🙏
i like this bearded guy ,who speaks english so clear with nice tone.
Cool 👍
Learned this word from the movie "Nomadland"
Cool field!
Matt you should check this guy out, sounds alot like what Dean is telling you about overlander. The You Tube name is "Off-Grid Backcountry Adventures"
I learn something today, ''Vanlife and Overland'' meaning :)
Love your video
Sorry for my previous comment man. I was just kidding!
I was in Colorado 20 years ago....
Matt is not even overlander. He is Overworlder.
So, what exactly are YOU wanting to do? Overland??
Do you Caucasians call him a ginger?
Overlanding is driving through Africa or the Australian Outback. In the US it's pretty much just camping, or cooking meth in the desert.
That's what I thought

Bahahahhaha
He talks like a sales guy. Those Americans can sell themselves. They can sell ice-cream in Alaska.
I've been told I have that effect on people. LoL
His Instagram link is broken.
Worked for mw.
**yawn** Should've tried overlanding in China. "Vanlife" in the US is overblown. Glamorous homeless if you ask me 😂
