For this place to fetch 8M you’d have to dispose of most rugs along with much of the furnature. Also it would need at least 5M in renovations. 🤔

This home was originally Custom built for Leann Rimes and her first husband although they never officially moved into the home because that’s when her marriage fell apart. It was on the market for several years and eventually sold to One of the top executives at Hospital Corporation of America; it is on King Richards Court in the Williamson County Avalon neighborhood. Dave Ramsey reportedly has or had the estate adjacent to this one
