Nice spread, BUT look at the older privacy fence on the left @:38-:39. Look closely ...The neighbors in their 2 story can watch every move you make...I love dark mahogany ..so rich and full of warmth..This house should have been built on 15 acres Min.The house Is sweet and top notch..the lot is not.
Investors are the ones that paid for this estate in the woods. Everyone that bought an extended warranty paid part of it too. everything was bought with your money. They planned it well using your money, how much can you afford ? Contractors received a rubber check for their services. I'm sure they appreciated every penny you invested.
You must not have seen the sign in the kitchen. "LIVE FREE OR DIE." He isn't talking about welfare recipients, and shows his knowledge of it by the over abundance of crucifix in the hallway. I was waiting to see if there was a morgue in the basement.
I love the orange in one of the kid's bedrooms. Normally I hate orange, but this was beautiful. Two things I did not see in this conglomeration of utter gorgeousness: a library or a working office. Lol.

It is beautiful, safe, nearly every street is a gated private road with security at the entrances. Three different suburbs in St. Louis made the Top 25 wealthiest list in the country and the only other city with that many in the top 25 was Dallas Texas that also has three. Well you could live there if you had the $3.4 million asking price but you would be more than comfortable in the area I am certain. Parts of St. Louis metro have problems but other parts are beautiful and safe. Ballwin Missouri, another suburb of St. Louis is ranked the 9th safest in the country. Then southern Missouri is as beautiful and pristine as anywhere I know of in the country with similar landscape and waterways.

He has since sold this home and purchased a stone cottage in Cotswold which is in England!

That house needs renovation. It has no open kitchen, no double foyer. The basement is the only section that's ok.
