This was a huge help on figuring out why my wax was cracking. I was letting it cool too much.

So, love the video very insightful. I am a self waxer and own a GiGi wax heater and have been using their hard wax. Never really took any of this into consideration. Any tips on making my process easier? It's taken me over an hour just to get a small portion of my thigh done. What would you recommend in terms of getting more coverage for a bigger area? It feels like I'm getting nowhere doing small chunks.

@@ivyelle1102 thanks for the advice 3 years too late, good thing I didn't listen and stuck to wanting to continue learning. 🙏🏽 Not everything always requires a professional if you have enough patience to look for resources to teach yourself the skill. Stay humble friend.

Great video! Quick question I do my own Brazilian and I use soft wax. Is it possible to use hard wax on yourself in that area? I’m thinking of purchasing the starpil hard wax.

Yes and you should definitely switch!! I do my own brazilians with hard wax and never have a problem. Hurts less than using soft wax too!

I would use Cirepil wax and it would only crack when I would use it on my legs and it was so annoying

Same! It works fine with my Brazilian but on my legs it's terrible

Lordy. I think I have most of those things going on. Besides having the Starpil Wax and room temperature. I still have a lot of practice to go through. What’s the magic number for your wax? If you don’t mind my asking?

Do you mean how long it takes to get your technique down? Or what temperature do I keep my wax? Sorry I just want to make sure I answer your question correctly!
