@@HPSupport Yes! I has! But then I give up! I has 3 new HP Probook laptops. All of them have same problem with USB 3 ports. If I connect external HDD all the way randomly connect/disconnect happen. All HP forum was full of this subject but no any solution . Then I switch in BIOS from USB 3 to USB 2 and then everything was Ok. But it is not fix the problem.

Why, when installing Windows 10 Pro, after formatting it 100%, and when I start restarting, I remove the flash drive that has Windows on it, and I also try leaving it, so the device remains stuck on the word “Ready” for a long period of time, which takes up to two hours or more, and then a message appears to me: “This has been restarted” The computer expects or encounters an unexpected error.....Knowing that the hard drive is an SSD, and in my experience with Windows 8.1 Pro, it worked normally in just 8 minutes, and when I experienced it with Windows 7, when choosing the language, the keyboard and mouse stop at the same time. What is the problem?
