Tim wrote this in under 1/2 an hour. That's not Tim's wife. She sings too. Her name is Jenika Marion and she has a video video for her song Hello Sun about Tim. ( He's in it)
And, Jenika also plays a fiddle, besides sings 💗‼️🔥

Yes, that was Avi. The gents had just filmed the video Ring of Fire featuring Avi so he decided to photobomb Champagne Taste. If you watch Tim’s face when Avi walks past, you can see Tim was surprised when Avi walked by.
And Avi was still wearing the cowboy hat from Ring of Fire that he put on at the end....
Die a Happy Man is a beautiful song and video that features Tim and his lovely wife Jenika. Hope you have time to check it out.
How can you not smile when watching that? What a fun video! This is an original song that Tim wrote. These guys know how to have fun without compromising their vocals. Rob is great with his whistling & love Adam's vocal percussion. Fun seeing Avi Kaplan doing a cameo in this.

Tim’s original which is also on his first solo album, The Best That I Could Do. That is not Tim’s wife. From the timing, I don’t think he had met Jenika yet. And, yes, that was Avi. Rob is champion whistler-there’s a video of him helping out another group with Rockin’ Robin. Trivia: According to Tim, he’s never learned to whistle.
Trivia #2 On Tim’s “The Best That I Could Do” is 100% actually Tim's “Failing to Whistle” (Tim’s words NOT mine) on the track on that album. So, When he joined Home Free he had Rob take over the Whistle part.

According to Tim, when was working as a songwriter in California, his boss told him he needed to do a country album. Tim resisted, as he didn't think he liked country. But his boss insisted. So Tim went home, got incredibly drunk and wrote the most country song he could come up with...Champagne Taste was born. Lol

The story behind this song is hilarious: Something like a decade ago Tim's employer told him to write a country song but he didn't want to. So he came up with the "worst" (his words) country song he could think of--and to this day it is one of his most popular originals 😆

I think that WAS Jenika in the video, actually. It was posted in 2014, and Tim and Jenika were married in 2016. They had been dating for quite some time. You can see photos of her in the very special video they made when they got engaged and they told "the world." The video is "Die a Happy Man."

And I think you can still hire Tim and Austin to your own backyard, if you have those kind of resources.

The hand putting the glass of champagne on the table is Avi’s and if you look in the back of the last shot you can see him sitting on the bull. Avi was still in town after they recorded Ring of Fire and was encouraged to photo bomb the video. Tim wrote this song a long time ago when his boss told him to write a country song and he didn’t want to so he got drunk and wrote it.
From Tim’s stories it sounds like he was trying to write the worst country song ever, fueled by Jack Daniels and spite. And now he’s gotta sing it forever. 😂

Thank you for letting us meet your 'tiny Ninja'! This song is one Tim wrote this some years before he ever joined Home Free. Avi Kaplan makes 3 cameos in it. Of course the song, singing, beatboxing & harmonies are perfect - it's Home Free (they always are). And yes - you really do want to see their cover of "Story of My Life"!

No, not Tim’s wife. A good song to see his wife Jenika is to watch Die a Happy Man. It’s about their engagement. That was Avi showing up. Home Free had just done Ring of Fire with Avi and he hung around while they filmed this song. Funny story: Tim’s boss in LA wanted Tim to write a country song and he didn’t want to but the boss insisted, so Tim went home, got drunk and penned this song. Hahaha. He never thought it would make any money. I loved the lyrics “I won’t see her pretty face at all since the prison’s no where near the mall”. Hahaha. Nice to see you and the Ninja. 😄😍

Tim was working as a country songwriter for this guy (Tim hated it) so in protest, he got wasted and he wrote this as the countriest of country songs.

Tim Foust wrote the song before he joined Home Free. He was asked to write a country song, and he was trying to get out of country, so he wrote something that he hoped would be so bad that they would quit bugging him about writing country songs. As you can see, it backfired!
Yes, that was Avi! All these acapella groups have members that either participate with each other in writing songs, doing the arrangements, etc...Not so much jealousy between the acapella groups as you would see in most music.
This does have a so called sequel original song as well
It's called Full of Cheer and it's also written by Tim. It's a Christmas themed song with Austin as the central figure instead of Tim. IDK, maybe she dumped Tim for Austin between songs.

Before HF, Tim used to write music in CA. His boss asked for something country, which Tim wasn’t too keen on. (He never dreamed his career would be country music.)
He downed a whole bottle of JD and wrote this.
It was a Tim original - he wrote it in his pre-Hf days. And that was an actress hired for the video - he married Jennika Marion a couple years later, I believe. Great reaction!

According to an interview I listened to with Tim (I think on the Charismatic Voice channel), Tim had a job songwriting. His employer was pushing him to write country songs, which he did not want to do. He finally relented writing the most stereotypical country song he could imagine. To his dismay, his employer loved it, and here it is today.

This was an original written by Tim but that was not Jenika (Tim's wife). It was awesome to see Jillian on and I agree with Jeremy that you should be a regular. The dynamic is awesome.

This is a Tim Foust original. That was not Tim's wife. You need to watch the sequel of this song Full of Cheer. If you look in the back of this video after Avi passes by he is on the mechanical bull. Really enjoyed watching your reactions and finally getting to see Jillian.
