Just got JD apple today.. n liked it very much.. very smooth with a hint of green apples n JD 07 at the back of finish.. please review.. got it for 4600 in mumbai

Or the Johnny walker themselves have changed their style. And if they have changed so then why and when? Will you please explain it for us.

The 'normal' beers you are thinking of are also lagers. Lager is a style of beer which is brewed at a low temperature. The majority of commercially available beers made by large breweries around the world are lagers. There are of course many other styles of beer as well.
The short answer is Esters. The whisky starts developing flavour right from the start. For example the malting process if done through smoking peat results in smoky flavor. Similarly those vanilla honey notes are adapted through casks in which the whisky is kept.
