Yes, thanks for your question. Smyrna is great for both! It's right in between Murfreesboro and Nashville so easy access to both areas. If you have any specific questions or things you're looking for don't hesitate to reach out to me! You can call or text me at 615-499-6335!
Really like the content of your video. The only down side is the camera movement is a bit too fast when you drive through the neighborhood. Would be better to see more details of the houses and neighborhoods. Great job by the way!
so how about showing us the homes in the 150 thousands to 300 not the ultra rich hoods how bout wal mart or fast food places or day care schools and even the not so great areas of town

Smyrna looks great for familes. Does Smyrna have a vibe for single people? Or would another nearby town suit me better?

Does Smyrna flood?
Parts of Smyrna are near the river. They do require flood insurance.
Just like any other town their are lower priced homes
Smyrna is still one of the more affordable areas around Nashville. It is quickly becoming more expensive though.
Are you a realtor?

All the houses have no basements
Basements are rare here in Tennessee because of all the rock.
