The funniest part about the debate around Tobi's identity was that people were going mad over things like "it can't be Madara, he can't be still alive because he'd be too old!" or "it can't be Obito, he was crushed under a rock!" If people only knew a few arcs later characters will be exchanging eyeballs like freakin Pokemon cards and reviving dead people like it's nothing...

I had a theory that Itachi was Jiraiya's informant in the Akatsuki. Jiraiya always said that he got his very sensitive information from a trusted source and it was revealed that Itachi was in fact providing the leaf with some information but who would he have given his information to once the third died? Jiraiya and Danzo are the only options i can think of but Itachi was not on good terms with Danzo so i doubt he would stay in contact with him.
Danzo was scared of Itachi, like manz did not want to double cross him in any capacity. Considering that Itachi basically ran on-site when seeing Jiraiya, it could be plausible. Which Jiraiya wanting to travel with Naruto while training him would make it harder for Itachi to outright fetch Naruto say that was his motivation.
Definitely possible considering the life span of a ninja during the third great shinobi war couldn't have been that high and they're considered adults once they get their headband, so it wouldn't be that far of a stretch to say they don't have children at the age where they're physically capable of having children asap
I definitely thought pain was going to be Naruto’s older brother. Sasuke’s fight against his brother, pain having orange hair which is the mix of minato(yellow) and kushina(red). And the series keeps drilling into us that naruto doesn’t have any family.
He is, in a way. He is his brother in the sense they both grew up and were taught by the same sensei / parental figure. Honestly I dig that version a lot more than them being biological brothers.

I remember a theory (post pain arc, pre main war arc) where Naruto were to lose his eyes at some point, possibly against Sasuke, and then implant Nagatos eyes which Konan would give to him, making him have Rinnegan. I think it died pretty hard a as theory when Naruto got Kyuubi Cloak.
If Naruto had the two rinnegan + KCM2 Sage Mode it would have been gg in the war arc for Madara and Obito. Because Naruto would control the Gedo Statue before any of them could and he would just yank the beasts out of it no prob. Madara wouldn't be revived, Obito would never have become Juubito. Damn, he befriended all of the Tailed Beasts, so maybe he could make pact with them, so he could become the the 10 tails Jinchuuriki to defeat them both and seal the statue and Madara away. After that he could keep the statue in himself and release all the Bijuu again. He wouldn't die, because the statue was still in his, because of Kurama extraction. And he would still have the Rinnegan after that. Even the final fight would be gg for Sasuke. So I am kinda glad that theory died.
I had my own personal theory that the Uzamaki were evil, still alive and behind everything. I also had a theory that the Uzamaki’s could reproduce eye techniques because they were actually just evolved seals. I still to this day think think that an evil off shoot of the Uzamaki would be more compelling villains than Kara and aliens in Boruto.
@@vincenthammons6705 dude, a ninja world that is finally making peace a real thing only for foreign powers invading and recreating the "us vs them" moral dilemma only for the whole thing to be some kind of red flag operation made by old war hawk ninjas trying to prove how ninjas need to be killing machines. the invaders could also have some kind of need, like massive famines or something which is why they are invading to help add even more moral dilemmas for our heroes.
My theory was that Tobi was Fugaku and that he used Izanagi to undo/fake his death to Itachi. (That's why tobi had one eye) And he planned the Uchiha revolt just to get the Leaf to attack him and to belive he was dead. Thinking that the death of his clan was all worth it for the infinite tsukiomi. Which he found out about from the tablet.
I used to have a theory that the Yamanaka may have been descendants of moon Otsutsuki. After finding out that Toneri could like see dreams and stuff, it reminded me of how the only other clan we see infiltrating the minds of anyone is the Yamanaka clan.
rinnegan being a rare offshoot awakening of the uzamaki makes more sense than the actual stuff. also, outside of the otsutsuki, we have seen exactly 2 rinnegans made ever, one of which was a main protagonist. if we assume nagato is 1 and that Naruto would awaken the other, that would be just as many rinnegans as there are in canon. it is actually MORE consistent to make rinnegan an uzamaki trait and requires LESS work to fenangle in the writing and the plot.
I've always had a theory that adamantine chains aren't just a Uzumaki kekkei genkai, but further that female clan members are the only ones that can summon them. I'm unaware of a male member of the clan ever shown summoning them. This would mean the next eligible user would be Himawari, which would be pretty powerful if combined with gentle fist rotation. Extending the range of that technique, capturing an enemy at range to get closer, and the natural fuinjutsu of it, Himawari could easily become the most powerful Uzumaki combatant.
@@johnmcswag5980 I think the chakra from Kushina that was sealed in him allowed them to manifest with her chakra through his body when he got that vision. I could be wrong in that interpretation.
@@babygurleatsshickennuggits4201 except that it was stated certain uzumaki can only used the chains if they possess a special form of charkra. Both kushina and Karin possess that special charkra. The techniques is still tied to their genetics
I used to have two theories about Tobi. First was when Tobi said "I am an empty shell of my former self" I thought Tobi was a Black Zetsu whose soul was an exact copy of Madara's. Mirroring how White Zetsu could copy chakra/body. The second theory was when Konan broke Tobi's mask revealing what I thought was an older person made me think it was Kagami Uchiha. Kagami meaning mirror so I thought it meant he was reflecting Madara's personality. Edit: Also Kagami lived in the era of Madara which would have further supported the theory
My brother made a theory that Madara's ghost was what we were seeing the whole time and that his physical body was in the coffin before the reveal because like you said, Tobi said "I am an empty shell of my former self".

My friends and I had a theory that Naruto was, in fact.. Minato. Let me explain: Our theory was that during the Kyuubi attack, Minato's Reaper Death Seal had backfired somehow, taking his body back to a baby and sealing the Ninetails within him. That explained (in our minds) his obsession with being Hokage (because he already HAD been Hokage), his learning the same jutsu Minato was known for (Rasengan), his similarities to Minato, etc. It wasn't until well into Shippuden that we finally got enough information to finally say it wasn't true, but it was a fun theory while it lasted.
I believed this theory as well! My proof was how the 3rd Hokage sealed Oro’s arms into his belly and had a seal exactly like Naruto’s on his belly when he died. And instead of killing him, it reverted him back to a child because of the nine tails chakra. It made sense back then. In the late 90s some anime we’re doing the same thing; reverting main characters back into babies. The sea on the stomach was a dead giveaway almost as easy as Tobi being Obito... it would have explained more why he’d want to be hokage, how he learned the 4th’s move so easily, and how he had an impact on people... oh well.
Whats to say this wasn't the case at one point and was retconned further into Shippuden for continuity reasons? There are quite a few story elements that are changed at the last second in many large IPs. I have a hard time believing many fan theories never occured to the writers during the process.

I honestly thought Shuisui was Tobi 1. His relationship with Itachi they seem pretty close and Shuisui is someone that knew about Danzo and that Itachi would have to kill the Uchia 2. His strength levels, Minato was impressed with Tobi and Obito growth during those 2 years was unreal while Shuisui was one of the strongest in the Uchia 3. The 5 kage summit where they discuss the Mizukage being controlled by a Koto level genjustu, one of Shuisui abilities and also him assisting Sasuke in killing Danzo But to fair to Kishimito he did foreshadow Obito ever since the Akastuki appeared

Honestly the 8 tails thing would be sweet, it would also help explain Orochimarus knowledge of sealing jutsu and how he was able to mess with Kuramas seal that was placed on Naruto.
then Jiraiya also has to be a Jinchuriki by the same logic because he recognized which seal Orochimaru placed and released it instantly. And even if we say Jiraiya was a seal expert, Orochimaru spent his who life just learning, learning and learning.
You mention that one of Minato's teammates looks like the Ramen Shop Guy as evidence for the Tobi theory but couldn't he still have been Minato's teammate (with no connection to the Tobi theory) but he gave up on being a ninja and decided to follow his real passion of noodles which is why he's so nice to Naruto because he's his late teammate and friend's son
I've had two theories about Minato family and why they couldn't take care of Naruto or were are they. 1 They were ANBU or some high ranking ninjas ,so they were to stay hidden or they were on mission. That would also kinda explain why Minato is so strong and knows this many jutsu. 2 the Namikaze family isn't from Konoa at all. I think this is probably it because the name isn't never mentioned in Konoha at all and we don't really see other side characters reassemble Minato. Also this would explain why he seemed interested in Kushina being a "outsider" himself. Maybe he was a refugee from a close village.
First theory's answer is that the kyuubi or kurama killed Naruto's parents the first minutes he was born. Second theory's answer is that Minato kept his clan name hidden because it was too dangerous to have his clan name namikaze because it was too dangerous. That's why he named the clan uzumaki instead of namikaze. And Minato knew that he's dead and kushina's also dead so if people find out that he's clan name is namikaze they will go after him and use him for experiments like ororchimaru does.
I used to have a theory that the Kaguya clan were the “Senju” equivalents to the Hyuga and were descended from Hamura. The two would’ve had the bad blood between then due to Zetsu, but instead of constantly fighting, they chose to be totally isolated from each other with the Hyuga ending up in the land of water and the Kaguya being in the Land of Water

I like the Orochimaru theory. I always found it odd that a person that is studying all ninjutsu finds Naruto, identifies that he is a Jinchuuriki, and doesn't take him along with Sasuke? Like ??? $$$ That's everything he could have hoped for!!! Massive chakra reserves, passive healing factor, massive final form + Sharingan? I get it it's redundant for him but still a primordial body of chakra, not to mention the Demons are immortal, something else he desperately desires and studies.

I love that last comment you made about the Nanabi being sealed inside an Aburame. That would be incredible, as the effect of an insectoid's tailed beast chakra on an Aburame's hive would be insane. The main limiting factor of an Aburame is the fact that almost all of their chakra is dedicated to maintaining their hive, and the constant pull on their chakra from their parasitic insects makes their chakra control and quality super refined. Now, imagine the monster that is an Aburame and his hive, with the power of a tailed beast, perhaps the only tailed beast that wouldn't immediately kill the chakra feeding bugs due to shared biology. Monstrous, absolutely monstrous. It makes me incredibly sad that Fu a) Never actually interacted with Shino during the second Chuunin Exams (what a terrible filler plot, could Kishimoto have done any worse?) and they become friends, And b) Didn't survive the show to make a family with Shino. They could have created an incredibly strong lineage with the Nanabi secured by the Aburame, like how the Kyuubi was bound to the Uzumaki.
great theory and i love that i was thinking latly about how sad it was that the other jinchurikis where not as strong as killer b and naruto they should have too made up a bigger fight. the aburames and specialy shino would have been so much stronger and even more cooler ^^ i loved them before and Chōmei too sad he dindt get more attention
A theory that I remember believing as a teen was that Kakashi was somewhat related to the Inuzuka clan do to his high senses, affinity for ninja hound summons, and his father literally being called white fang. A lot of people kinda just assumed Kakashi's mother was an unnamed Inuzuka but I always thought that Kakashi's father Sakumo had some relation to them. Not enough to actually be a full blood Inuzuka at that point but not to the place where all those powerful traits are fully dulled. Maybe like back in grandparents or even possibly great great grandparents there was an Inuzuka that married into the Hatake line. It was a fun theory if you kinda ignore that Kakashi probably has heightened senses do to being trained in Anbu
My Theroy that Zabuza was Dosu's father is panning out pretty well Orochimaru kidnapped his son Dosu while he was out getting mist village cigarettes.. and he had to adopt his surrogate son Haku to fill the void Orochi stole from him. But Dosu hated music so he never wanted to be in the sound village.. so he tried to kill the future kazakage to get out from under his master
That's a good theory but aren't Zabuza and Kakashi around the same age... so the age difference between Dosu and Zabuza would only be about 12-15 years
I honestly feel like that naruto would've and could've been better if the ramen shop guy did end up being tobi, that would give the show another jirayia like moment, like when Jirayia died when battling pain that shook the community but what if tobi ended up being the man who looked after naruto his whole life? what if tobi was the only man that didn't have hatred in his eyes when he looked at naruto? i feel that would've destroyed naruto and could've been even better. Honestly, I’d be really satisfied if ramen guy was a secret protector of Naruto so that the leaf would have added insurance for the nine tailed fox leaving their possession. It could have even been such a relieving moment when Naruto figures out the Ramen guy isn’t who he says he is.

Kinda long out, but Kushina never told Naruto that the Uzumaki Clan went extinct. She just said they were scattered to the four winds after their homeland was wiped out and became more nomadic, finding their way where they landed.
one of my theories was that the Sharingan was actually just able to help the user copy jutsu with its ability of enhanced perception but the other abilities where added by stealing other Dōjutsu like Ranmaru's Kekkei Genkai and that's how it could actually do genjutso and wasn't able to do it on its own. but that was pretty quickly thrown out when they kept stacking random powers into the Sharingan. I was always like him I wonder what other kind of kekkei genkai and Dōjutsu's where out there still to be found. like maybe some kind of super eye could be made if all the eyes where collected or something.
I quite like the idea of Teuchi, Minato, and Mikoto having been a genin team. As stated, it would neatly explain why Teuchi was so excepting of Naruto, and it would also explain how Kushina and Mikoto might have met It would also make the kindly ramen man a kickass shinboi in retirement, which I think would be both awesome and hilarious
I remember a theory that I liked very much: Back in the beginning of Shippuden, with the reveal of the Akatsuki and their goal of hunting all the tailed beasts, we thought that the host of the 5-tailed beast was Kakashi himself (either secretly or hidden by the Leaf Village), and the tailed beast was a white wolf that allowed him to use jutsus of the 5 elements (fire, water, earth, wind and lightning) and each of the tails would look like it was infused with an element. Theory days were wild. 🤣
What they needed was to actually show the other Uzumakis and Senjus. Seriously we see only (by name, Tsunade doesn't count as a Senju as its not stated as her last name) 2 senjus in the entire show and they're both dead. Hashirama and Tobirama. Same with the Uzumakis, we see Kushina and Karin(who appeared waaay later in the series). I'm more surprised an Uzumaki didn't watch over Naruto instead of Iruka since it's kind of their job to suppress the ninetails
@@Whodjathink they got eliminated before he was born. 4 of the major ninja villages attacked the uzumaki clan village and killed them off basically, so it wouldn’t as easy as just going and getting another uzumaki to watch over and raise Naruto.

But that still wouldn't quite explain what happened to the Senjus. We see literally none of them yet they're supposed to be the most prominent clan alongside the Uchihas.

I have a doubt, and I think its a rather stupid one but here goes nothing: Instead of one sibling stealing a Sharingan from the other sibling, why can't the siblings simply "exchange" eyes with each other? Is it necessary for the other sibling to "die" per se?
That makes complete sense cause me and brother were just now talking about that and hiw that makes more sense so that if each sibiling switched eyes before they go blind then the whole clan get a power up. I would love to see that

I used to have a theory that The Akatsuki’s goal was to bring all the tailed beasts together so that Nagato could destroy the world and make a new one. I also once thought that Obito would regain the rinnegan before Dying and bring back Itachi and Jiraya and other people like that.
I have a theory: we all know the theory that kakashi's a relative to kiba as we thought it could be by kakashi's mother but it would rather to be his father sakumo because it make sense we know that kakashi have every specialty that kiba and kiba's clan have good Smalling and good sighting and all advance abilities that dogs have and matter of fact we know that both kakashi and kiba and kiba's clan have dogs or in kakashi's case use summoning jutsu to summon his dogs and sakumo's nickname is konoha's white fang which means sakumo's mother must been from kiba's clan while sakumo's dad is half senju half hatake as nick stated in one of his theory video kakashi's mom could be one of the seven swordsmen of the mist hence kakashi's face covered a with mask and easily pick zabuza's sword but the thing which can't approve that theory kakashi with a sharingan could copied zabuza movement
My theory was one that came up after we found out you couldn’t use edo tensai on those who were in the reapers stomach, and that would mean during Konoha crush Orochimaru wouldn’t have been trying to bring back Minato, but who would it have been, my theory it was Fugaku, or even possibly Madara.
I thought I would have been Kushina, I mean come on think about it she used to be a terror when she was a kid or when she was angry and she would have been beyond pissed to find out that her son was being mistreated by konoha.

I had a theory, when the original Naruto just started, that Naruto is actually a son of the fourth Hokagd who died because they looked so similar. I talked about my theory to my friends who also watched Naruto and they just laughed at it. But my intuition was good 💅

It's been so long at this point... I don't remember if I had any theories back then. 😆 It was probably more of a hope... that Sakura would be useful one day. But now... I just really want to know how old Konoha is as a hidden Village because I really don't think it is as old as one would expect. - Tsunade is 51 in the beginning of Naruto and grand daughter of the 1st hokage who founded the village. - Hashirama married Mito and they had at least one child who was a parent of Tsunade's. If we consider it a fast paced environment Hashirama might have been in his early 40s when she was born. But we don't know how old Hashirama was when he died and 40 would be fairly old for a ninja. We don't know how much younger Tobirama is and for how long either of them were Hokage - which doesn't really help the timeline at all. - But we do know Hiruzen (the third Hokage) was the student of both Hashirama and Tobirama and was amongst the first generation of ninja wearing Konoha's headbands (at least if the wiki tells the truth), the Sarutobi clan being amongst the first to join Konoha after it was founded. He died when he was around the age of 70. This does help the timeline making Konoha not even a century old when we start the story. And I just cannot wrap my head around that. 🤣

the orochimaru theory is so cool, I can imagine when things get desperate naruto would have to team up with orochimaru to fight the akatsuki, or vice versa
I really hope they explore Uzumaki's clan's history more, like a mission with Karin or something. I also remember Orochimaru taking one of the Uzumaki's masks before attacking Konoha. I'd love to ser more lore on it
My theory when I was younger was that Tobi was... the Ten tails in human form. Tobi explained that by fusing the 9 tailed beast, the ten tails would be reborn. And sometime after he tell something like, once he will capture Bee and Naruto, he would be " whole again " Also everytime Tobi was hurt, his limbs turned into some white goo ( now we know that it was his zetsu parts ) which made him look like he wasnt human.

Theory: Hashirama's wood release can restrain Bijuu because wood release was used to make the shell of the Ten Tails, which needed to contain bijuu chakra. (This theory sounds obvious but it was never explained why wood release could calm down bijuu chakra, so this is just my theory)
Minato being the leader of the Akatsuki actually would’ve made a lot of sense as if Minato changed after fighting the Kyubi (perhaps while in purgatory or if he was brought back with edo tensei perhaps by Tobi) and was exiled from the village then that would explain why no-one told Naruto who his dad was. Hiruzen would’ve tried to keep it under wraps and Danzo, fearing that the villagers would’ve tried to exile Naruto, also kept that part secret as ppl knowing Naruto was a jinchuriki was enough and exiling him would’ve lost the leaf the 9 tails. As for why Minato didn’t take Naruto with him, Hiruzen would’ve did all he could to prevent that from happening like how Obi-Wan made every effort to prevent Vader from getting his hands on Luke. Then as for why Minato sealed the 9 tails in Naruto in the first place, he would’ve did it for the same reasons as he did canonically only now his intentions are different
I like your theory. Dude who commented above me is stupid😂. That would make a good story line and would add a climatic twist to the Naruto verse. Naruto would end up ending his father unknowingly. This will make a great mangna instead of being a story about BEST FRIENDSS FOR EVER PLOT HOLES.

So, I have a serious question. If orochimaru's "Soul" was sealed in the blade, then does the current orochimaru have no soul? We know his curse seals allow him to monitor people and things from within the mark. And he clearly is mentally intact after revived. So are the curse seals the equivalent of naruto horcruxes? (Ie containing fragments of his soul?) If not... How can orochimaru both be mentally present, capable of great change, new ideas, etc after revival, and yet have his soul in the gourd? Does each curse mark contain an entire Orochimaru soul? And if so, why does he have so many souls, and why don't the curse marks mentally effect people more than they do? And looking back, if not having the soul responsible for his arms meant he could barely move them, then the revived Orochimaru should have been nothing but a whining body, unable to move more than some fingers and toes. Which means even if each curse seal is a horcrux, then we clearly know that a body can't function well with a piece of soul missing. So imagine him missing half or more of his soul, not just the soul that controls his arms. Thats without considering his arms. As orochimaru's soul was split into 2 parts. The arms, in the belly of the reaper, and the rest of his soul in Itachi's gourd. If not for his behavior after being revived but before retrieving the part of his soul in the reaper, I would believe that it was just the arms soul allowing this. But that also can't be, because until he cut the reaper's belly open, that soul was also sealed away, just in a different place. Clearly being revived via curse seal can't just instantly free his soul. (Let alone that it's split into 2 parts and sealed into 2 different places.) So what is going on here? Obviously I agree that the story really needs massive re-writes. This makes no sense to me. Even worse, clearly souls are an important part of you, because of how the pure lands work, and how that works with Edo Tensei. So are souls just not needed for a living body? Do you just not need a soul so long as you have a living body? In which case you could potentially somehow send your soul to the pure lands, then use Edo Tensei on your own soul, and have 2 of yourself? In which case, you could use yourself as a sacrifice, and thusly gain an immortal body that, because the summoner is dead and can't control you, is effectively a perfect vessel?
i kinda think that it he broke his soul in pieces just like voldemort in harry potter. The curse marks he gave to people is where he is storing his soul for possible revival. Itachi only sealed away a piece of that soul.
I think each bit of chakra sealed away is part of your soul and can go on. like most of Minato's chakra was in the Shinigami's stomach but the memories of the portion in Naruto's seal seemed to pop up in Minato's head once he was an Edo Tensei.
I made up the theory that Yukimaru (the boy from the filler episodes with the three tailed beast) is the son of Yagura. They have the same eyes and hair color and Yukimaru was kind of able to control Isobu who was sealed in Yagura. That made sense to me. And Kagura, the grandson of Yagura, is therefore the son of Yukimaru. But as far as I know, this theory never got approved
same, i also thought that Yukimaru is probably related to one of Isobu's jinchuriki's and when i finally saw Yagura, they looked so similar. This theory also make some sense, because we know Obito was controlling Yagura and both him and Orochimaru were in Akatsuki, so what if Yagura had wife and son, but after his wife saw what Yagura became she took their son and left village and when Obito found out about Yukimaru's existence, he told Orochimaru to take care of him or Orochimaru found out about Yukimaru and stole it from Obito and it was part of reason for his departure in Akatsuki.

Or Obito didn't know that Yagura had a child, maybe because Yukimaru got kidnapped by Orochimaru before Obito controlled Yagura. And it could also be possible that Orochimaru took the child and run away from the Akatsuki so they are mad at him and want to kill him for that

I thought Karin was either Naruto's Secret Step sister or she was the Tsunade's Child. The second one was based more on her fascination with Naruto. Thought maybe her previous lover shared uzumaki blood too. In addition to her being 1/4 uzumaki.
I had four theories I wanted to see happen. 1) That Rock Lee would Marry Ten Ten and they would create this clan of taijutsu and weapons users. 2) That the Suicide Corps would transition into The Strong Fist clan and rival the Hyuga clan. 3) That Rock Lee would prefect the Leaf Dragon God and incorporate into the Eight Gates. Using it exclusively with the 5th gate. 4) That Amachi would escape prison and disappear into the sea to create an underwater village and found the Kaima Demon clan.
I wanted Lee's dojo to be touched on again. Have him rebuild it after Pain destroyed the Leaf Village, but between that attack and the War. Lee goes on a recruitment spree and inspires many people from the village and beyond.
I've always had a theory that Hiruzen saved the leaf village and possibly the entire Shinobi world by halting the summoning of the third coffin in his and Orochimaru's fight. After all, it couldn't have been Minato, he was in the shinigami's stomach. Also, considering that Katubo told Tobi that he had a trump card he acquired from Orochimaru, before initiating the war, which was Madara's body; lead me to believe that Hiruzen prevented Madara from being revived. What're you guy's thoughts?

I find it very funny that Sakura is like the only semi relevant character left in the series that became strong without having any clan genetic hax. It also shows just how unoptimal the general ninja population is as their isn't anything that stops rando ninjas from getting the same strength with the same practice.
There is also the fact that Itachi's summon animal is crows, and tengu and crows go together as well (since they turn into crows when they are in animal form)
Not really a theory though. But before the truth of Itachi was revealed, I always thought there was something more in the Uchiha massacre. Even for me when I was 12, I could think there is no way it was simply "measuring my ability". But, as a middle school student, I couldn't find any reasonable reason either. That is why, when the truth was revealed, I was kinda happy that my (not really) theory was true.

@@Gourdslinger Well Tobi/Obito was a special case as he was trained by Madara and had Hashirama Cells. I doubt your average Uchiha had even that amount of medical ninjutsu knowledge. Plus it would be a very risky process to do purely to unlock EMS for 2 Uchiha. Sasuke needed it since he burned his eyes out anyway.
I would guess that once the Uchiha clan figured out that they can swap eyes that many members of the clan would be taught that jutsu. Not only to replace their own eyes but to collect them from fallen comrades so the enemy shinobi could not acquire them during war time and obviously worked since we never see the Sharingan outside the leaf with the exception of shin who was experimented on by Orochimaru

I miss the idea that there might be other demons (tengu, oni, asura, ect) besides the nine tales floating around in the world. I like the tailed beasts, but a supernatural/shinto element would add some nice texture to the setting, especially when they can already resurrect the dead.
Ngl, I kinda liked the idea of the rinnegan being a uzumaki clan dojutsu, since the uchiha's mangekyo sharingan is already op enough, I'd be cool to give uzumaki's their own kekkai genkai, also fits with asura and indra inheriting parts of their grandmothers abilities. My explanation for as to why the rinnegan was never used was that the uzumaki's blood got so diluted that the rinnegan could only be accessed by an uzumaki asura reincarnation or the cells of a asura reincarnation.
I had the same "Minato is the leader of Akatsuki" theory" at the time,it was not explained about Kushina, so my theory was Minato was trying to gather the tailed beasts from the start, but he failed to contain the Nine Tails and sealed inside Naruto as a last resort, and faked his death (and running away in a weaken state) to be able to gather the Tailed Beasts from the shadows

One of my favorite things about NC hammer’s videos are his theories and fun ideas of how the story could’ve been altered. I would love if people started writing their own alternative timelines of Naruto and making them into stories. I know there is stuff like that but it hasn’t really caught on as a thing. Naruto lore definitely needs some expanding, fan fiction and theories are the way to do it. I think the fans would much prefer that to boruto so maybe the naruto staff should keep an open mind to that and help turn other people’s ideas into naruto spin off anime series. I’d watch it. I don’t know why more hasn’t been done to do that to the light novels as a start.
Oh, I would LOVE that. I got a TON of those lbased off the 4th Ninja War lying around, but I know there are more dubunked theories out there that I would prefer to watch youtubers work on and expand than see Boruto.
My second theory and I’ll see myself out… 👀 Minato was so effective as a reanimation because we never really got to see his full potential. If we’re going off of how perfect jinchurikies are, they always have a chakra limit comparable or higher to the tailed beast. The one tails being an exception to this in his own way and the evil half kurama in his own way. However minato was sealed to fight with the other 3 kage in the belly of the Shinigami. Right after making himself a jinchurike for half the nine tails. However he sealed the full nine tails (albeit with Kushina’s help). So would his chakra not half to be equal to or greater than the Good half of the nine tails? Possibly even comparable to the full nine tails? Having studied at Mount myoboku and having kurama to mindlessly fight with for eternity in a timeless space you’ll get pretty good at sage jutsu even if you’re not aware of it I’d think. Kinda like fighting under genjutsu for all eternity but with your soul. Side: (It would also make more sense as to why Naruto has the most chakra reserves in history despite only being half Uzumaki. The amount of chakra wasn’t the problem with baryon mode, it was his amount of life force, which is why kurama gave up all of his to be reincarnated again somewhere else sometime in the future.) Edit: yes but “what even is the Namikaze clan?” And well we don’t really know. But with how talented Minato is, id almost hesitate to say that they’re a clan that was targeted by a larger country similarly to the Uzumakis. Which is another reason why Minato could probably be able to relate to Kushina a good amount more. Edit edit: the leaf took in refugees during/after times of war. (I’ll see myself out)
Kurama didn't give up his to be reincarnated later, he didn't "die" how tailed beast normally die. He literally used all his life force, Kurama can never come back. He doesn't exist anymore.
When i was little I thought Kakashi should have been there for naruto more in his childhood like a big brother figure but then as a understood kakashi's side man lost his mother before he knew her his father committed suicide then comes his team after actually really started working as a team obito dies (obito was still alive at the time but kakshi didnt knew) then other teammate rin dies by his hands and even his sensei dies after 9 tails attack man, he must have though he is reason for losing all and so he stayed away from naruto but indirectly they both were alone. But if this were to happen that they would have stayed together the whole story would have been different but still this thought that they must have been like brothers was amazing 👍
To make a note to the time traveling Tobi theory, Naruto would have had his parents and the Uchiha's would have loved (those are the 2 highest early timeline things that I remember him doing). So it very well could have been that when he travelled back in time he wanted stronger so he wanted the nine tails and wanted to weaken Naruto by making him an orphan, but then things could have happened that made him want to do everything he did (through alt timeline flashbacks or something similar).
No cause when Karin talks about how different Naruto’s chakra was than Sasuke’s I didn’t even ship them and went, “that sounds like she at the very least is putting Naruto over Sasuke.” I was quickly let down and forced to remember that she is a female in Naruto and not only can only love one guy but can never change herself to find a better person no matter what happens and how many times she acknowledges that there is a better man.

I had a theory that Itachi was Jiraiya's informant in the Akatsuki. Jiraiya always said that he got his very sensitive information from a trusted source and it was revealed that Itachi was in fact providing the leaf with some information but who would he have given his information to once the third died? Jiraiya and Danzo are the only options i can think of but Itachi was not on good terms with Danzo so i doubt he would stay in contact with him.
Danzo was scared of Itachi, like manz did not want to double cross him in any capacity. Considering that Itachi basically ran on-site when seeing Jiraiya, it could be plausible. Which Jiraiya wanting to travel with Naruto while training him would make it harder for Itachi to outright fetch Naruto say that was his motivation.

I remember a theory (post pain arc, pre main war arc) where Naruto were to lose his eyes at some point, possibly against Sasuke, and then implant Nagatos eyes which Konan would give to him, making him have Rinnegan. I think it died pretty hard a as theory when Naruto got Kyuubi Cloak.
If Naruto had the two rinnegan + KCM2 Sage Mode it would have been gg in the war arc for Madara and Obito. Because Naruto would control the Gedo Statue before any of them could and he would just yank the beasts out of it no prob. Madara wouldn't be revived, Obito would never have become Juubito. Damn, he befriended all of the Tailed Beasts, so maybe he could make pact with them, so he could become the the 10 tails Jinchuuriki to defeat them both and seal the statue and Madara away. After that he could keep the statue in himself and release all the Bijuu again. He wouldn't die, because the statue was still in his, because of Kurama extraction. And he would still have the Rinnegan after that. Even the final fight would be gg for Sasuke. So I am kinda glad that theory died.
I had my own personal theory that the Uzamaki were evil, still alive and behind everything. I also had a theory that the Uzamaki’s could reproduce eye techniques because they were actually just evolved seals. I still to this day think think that an evil off shoot of the Uzamaki would be more compelling villains than Kara and aliens in Boruto.
I would just like to see some human villains from another part of the world...

(That's why tobi had one eye) And he planned the Uchiha revolt just to get the Leaf to attack him and to belive he was dead. Thinking that the death of his clan was all worth it for the infinite tsukiomi. Which he found out about from the tablet.

I used to have a theory that the Yamanaka may have been descendants of moon Otsutsuki. After finding out that Toneri could like see dreams and stuff, it reminded me of how the only other clan we see infiltrating the minds of anyone is the Yamanaka clan.

rinnegan being a rare offshoot awakening of the uzamaki makes more sense than the actual stuff. also, outside of the otsutsuki, we have seen exactly 2 rinnegans made ever, one of which was a main protagonist. if we assume nagato is 1 and that Naruto would awaken the other, that would be just as many rinnegans as there are in canon. it is actually MORE consistent to make rinnegan an uzamaki trait and requires LESS work to fenangle in the writing and the plot.

I've always had a theory that adamantine chains aren't just a Uzumaki kekkei genkai, but further that female clan members are the only ones that can summon them. I'm unaware of a male member of the clan ever shown summoning them. This would mean the next eligible user would be Himawari, which would be pretty powerful if combined with gentle fist rotation. Extending the range of that technique, capturing an enemy at range to get closer, and the natural fuinjutsu of it, Himawari could easily become the most powerful Uzumaki combatant.
They aren't a kekkei genkai, they just eat up a bunch of chakra and that's why we only see the Uzamaki use it.
Naruto is also shown to use them. It just requires proper training and is draining on chakra consumption

I used to have two theories about Tobi. First was when Tobi said "I am an empty shell of my former self" I thought Tobi was a Black Zetsu whose soul was an exact copy of Madara's. Mirroring how White Zetsu could copy chakra/body. The second theory was when Konan broke Tobi's mask revealing what I thought was an older person made me think it was Kagami Uchiha. Kagami meaning mirror so I thought it meant he was reflecting Madara's personality. Edit: Also Kagami lived in the era of Madara which would have further supported the theory
My brother made a theory that Madara's ghost was what we were seeing the whole time and that his physical body was in the coffin before the reveal because like you said, Tobi said "I am an empty shell of my former self".

My friends and I had a theory that Naruto was, in fact.. Minato. Let me explain: Our theory was that during the Kyuubi attack, Minato's Reaper Death Seal had backfired somehow, taking his body back to a baby and sealing the Ninetails within him. That explained (in our minds) his obsession with being Hokage (because he already HAD been Hokage), his learning the same jutsu Minato was known for (Rasengan), his similarities to Minato, etc. It wasn't until well into Shippuden that we finally got enough information to finally say it wasn't true, but it was a fun theory while it lasted.
I believed this theory as well! My proof was how the 3rd Hokage sealed Oro’s arms into his belly and had a seal exactly like Naruto’s on his belly when he died. And instead of killing him, it reverted him back to a child because of the nine tails chakra. It made sense back then. In the late 90s some anime we’re doing the same thing; reverting main characters back into babies. The sea on the stomach was a dead giveaway almost as easy as Tobi being Obito... it would have explained more why he’d want to be hokage, how he learned the 4th’s move so easily, and how he had an impact on people... oh well.
Whats to say this wasn't the case at one point and was retconned further into Shippuden for continuity reasons? There are quite a few story elements that are changed at the last second in many large IPs. I have a hard time believing many fan theories never occured to the writers during the process.

1. His relationship with Itachi they seem pretty close and Shuisui is someone that knew about Danzo and that Itachi would have to kill the Uchia
2. His strength levels, Minato was impressed with Tobi and Obito growth during those 2 years was unreal while Shuisui was one of the strongest in the Uchia
3. The 5 kage summit where they discuss the Mizukage being controlled by a Koto level genjustu, one of Shuisui abilities and also him assisting Sasuke in killing Danzo
But to fair to Kishimito he did foreshadow Obito ever since the Akastuki appeared

I've had two theories about Minato family and why they couldn't take care of Naruto or were are they.
1 They were ANBU or some high ranking ninjas ,so they were to stay hidden or they were on mission. That would also kinda explain why Minato is so strong and knows this many jutsu.
2 the Namikaze family isn't from Konoa at all. I think this is probably it because the name isn't never mentioned in Konoha at all and we don't really see other side characters reassemble Minato. Also this would explain why he seemed interested in Kushina being a "outsider" himself. Maybe he was a refugee from a close village.
First theory's answer is that the kyuubi or kurama killed Naruto's parents the first minutes he was born. Second theory's answer is that Minato kept his clan name hidden because it was too dangerous to have his clan name namikaze because it was too dangerous. That's why he named the clan uzumaki instead of namikaze. And Minato knew that he's dead and kushina's also dead so if people find out that he's clan name is namikaze they will go after him and use him for experiments like ororchimaru does.

I used to have a theory that the Kaguya clan were the “Senju” equivalents to the Hyuga and were descended from Hamura. The two would’ve had the bad blood between then due to Zetsu, but instead of constantly fighting, they chose to be totally isolated from each other with the Hyuga ending up in the land of water and the Kaguya being in the Land of Water

I like the Orochimaru theory. I always found it odd that a person that is studying all ninjutsu finds Naruto, identifies that he is a Jinchuuriki, and doesn't take him along with Sasuke? I love that last comment you made about the Nanabi being sealed inside an Aburame. That would be incredible, as the effect of an insectoid's tailed beast chakra on an Aburame's hive would be insane. The main limiting factor of an Aburame is the fact that almost all of their chakra is dedicated to maintaining their hive, and the constant pull on their chakra from their parasitic insects makes their chakra control and quality super refined. Now, imagine the monster that is an Aburame and his hive, with the power of a tailed beast, perhaps the only tailed beast that wouldn't immediately kill the chakra feeding bugs due to shared biology. Monstrous, absolutely monstrous. It makes me incredibly sad that Fu a) Never actually interacted with Shino during the second Chuunin Exams (what a terrible filler plot, could Kishimoto have done any worse?) and they become friends, And b) Didn't survive the show to make a family with Shino. They could have created an incredibly strong lineage with the Nanabi secured by the Aburame, like how the Kyuubi was bound to the Uzumaki.

A theory that I remember believing as a teen was that Kakashi was somewhat related to the Inuzuka clan do to his high senses, affinity for ninja hound summons, and his father literally being called white fang. A lot of people kinda just assumed Kakashi's mother was an unnamed Inuzuka but I always thought that Kakashi's father Sakumo had some relation to them. Not enough to actually be a full blood Inuzuka at that point but not to the place where all those powerful traits are fully dulled. Maybe like back in grandparents or even possibly great great grandparents there was an Inuzuka that married into the Hatake line.
It was a fun theory if you kinda ignore that Kakashi probably has heightened senses do to being trained in Anbu

Kinda long out, but Kushina never told Naruto that the Uzumaki Clan went extinct. She just said they were scattered to the four winds after their homeland was wiped out and became more nomadic, finding their way where they landed.
one of my theories was that the Sharingan was actually just able to help the user copy jutsu with its ability of enhanced perception but the other abilities where added by stealing other Dōjutsu like Ranmaru's Kekkei Genkai and that's how it could actually do genjutso and wasn't able to do it on its own. but that was pretty quickly thrown out when they kept stacking random powers into the Sharingan. I was always like him I wonder what other kind of kekkei genkai and Dōjutsu's where out there still to be found. like maybe some kind of super eye could be made if all the eyes where collected or something.
Would kinda be cool, but that would've been shot down as soon as they revealed that the Sharingan can't copy Kekkei Genkai.

I remember a theory that I liked very much: Back in the beginning of Shippuden, with the reveal of the Akatsuki and their goal of hunting all the tailed beasts, we thought that the host of the 5-tailed beast was Kakashi himself (either secretly or hidden by the Leaf Village), and the tailed beast was a white wolf that allowed him to use jutsus of the 5 elements (fire, water, earth, wind and lightning) and each of the tails would look like it was infused with an element.

My theory was one that came up after we found out you couldn’t use edo tensai on those who were in the reapers stomach, and that would mean during Konoha crush Orochimaru wouldn’t have been trying to bring back Minato, but who would it have been, my theory it was Fugaku, or even possibly Madara.
I thought of that recently. The only other person who I can think of, that would scare the 3rd in a 3 vs 1 is Kagami Uchiha or his father.
I thought I would have been Kushina, I mean come on think about it she used to be a terror when she was a kid or when she was angry and she would have been beyond pissed to find out that her son was being mistreated by konoha.

But now... I just really want to know how old Konoha is as a hidden Village because I really don't think it is as old as one would expect.
- Tsunade is 51 in the beginning of Naruto and grand daughter of the 1st hokage who founded the village.
- Hashirama married Mito and they had at least one child who was a parent of Tsunade's. If we consider it a fast paced environment Hashirama might have been in his early 40s when she was born. But we don't know how old Hashirama was when he died and 40 would be fairly old for a ninja. We don't know how much younger Tobirama is and for how long either of them were Hokage - which doesn't really help the timeline at all.
- But we do know Hiruzen (the third Hokage) was the student of both Hashirama and Tobirama and was amongst the first generation of ninja wearing Konoha's headbands (at least if the wiki tells the truth), the Sarutobi clan being amongst the first to join Konoha after it was founded. He died when he was around the age of 70. This does help the timeline making Konoha not even a century old when we start the story. And I just cannot wrap my head around that. 🤣

My theory when I was younger was that Tobi was... the Ten tails in human form. Tobi explained that by fusing the 9 tailed beast, the ten tails would be reborn. And sometime after he tell something like, once he will capture Bee and Naruto, he would be " whole again "

Theory: Hashirama's wood release can restrain Bijuu because wood release was used to make the shell of the Ten Tails, which needed to contain bijuu chakra.
(This theory sounds obvious but it was never explained why wood release could calm down bijuu chakra, so this is just my theory)
Minato being the leader of the Akatsuki actually would’ve made a lot of sense as if Minato changed after fighting the Kyubi (perhaps while in purgatory or if he was brought back with edo tensei perhaps by Tobi) and was exiled from the village then that would explain why no-one told Naruto who his dad was. Hiruzen would’ve tried to keep it under wraps and Danzo, fearing that the villagers would’ve tried to exile Naruto, also kept that part secret as ppl knowing Naruto was a jinchuriki was enough and exiling him would’ve lost the leaf the 9 tails. As for why Minato didn’t take Naruto with him, Hiruzen would’ve did all he could to prevent that from happening like how Obi-Wan made every effort to prevent Vader from getting his hands on Luke.
Then as for why Minato sealed the 9 tails in Naruto in the first place, he would’ve did it for the same reasons as he did canonically only now his intentions are different

So, I have a serious question. If orochimaru's "Soul" was sealed in the blade, then does the current orochimaru have no soul? We know his curse seals allow him to monitor people and things from within the mark. And he clearly is mentally intact after revived. So are the curse seals the equivalent of naruto horcruxes? (Ie containing fragments of his soul?) If not... How can orochimaru both be mentally present, capable of great change, new ideas, etc after revival, and yet have his soul in the gourd? Does each curse mark contain an entire Orochimaru soul? And if so, why does he have so many souls, and why don't the curse marks mentally effect people more than they do? And looking back, if not having the soul responsible for his arms meant he could barely move them, then the revived Orochimaru should have been nothing but a whining body, unable to move more than some fingers and toes. Which means even if each curse seal is a horcrux, then we clearly know that a body can't function well with a piece of soul missing. So imagine him missing half or more of his soul, not just the soul that controls his arms.
Thats without considering his arms. As orochimaru's soul was split into 2 parts. The arms, in the belly of the reaper, and the rest of his soul in Itachi's gourd. If not for his behavior after being revived but before retrieving the part of his soul in the reaper, I would believe that it was just the arms soul allowing this. But that also can't be, because until he cut the reaper's belly open, that soul was also sealed away, just in a different place.
Clearly being revived via curse seal can't just instantly free his soul. (Let alone that it's split into 2 parts and sealed into 2 different places.) So what is going on here? Obviously I agree that the story really needs massive re-writes. This makes no sense to me.
Even worse, clearly souls are an important part of you, because of how the pure lands work, and how that works with Edo Tensei. So are souls just not needed for a living body? Do you just not need a soul so long as you have a living body? In which case you could potentially somehow send your soul to the pure lands, then use Edo Tensei on your own soul, and have 2 of yourself? In which case, you could use yourself as a sacrifice, and thusly gain an immortal body that, because the summoner is dead and can't control you, is effectively a perfect vessel?
i kinda think that it he broke his soul in pieces just like voldemort in harry potter. The curse marks he gave to people is where he is storing his soul for possible revival. Itachi only sealed away a piece of that soul.
I think each bit of chakra sealed away is part of your soul and can go on. like most of Minato's chakra was in the Shinigami's stomach but the memories of the portion in Naruto's seal seemed to pop up in Minato's head once he was an Edo Tensei.
I made up the theory that Yukimaru (the boy from the filler episodes with the three tailed beast) is the son of Yagura.
They have the same eyes and hair color and Yukimaru was kind of able to control Isobu who was sealed in Yagura. That made sense to me.
And Kagura, the grandson of Yagura, is therefore the son of Yukimaru.
But as far as I know, this theory never got approved
same, i also thought that Yukimaru is probably related to one of Isobu's jinchuriki's and when i finally saw Yagura, they looked so similar. This theory also make some sense, because we know Obito was controlling Yagura and both him and Orochimaru were in Akatsuki, so what if Yagura had wife and son, but after his wife saw what Yagura became she took their son and left village and when Obito found out about Yukimaru's existence, he told Orochimaru to take care of him or Orochimaru found out about Yukimaru and stole it from Obito and it was part of reason for his departure in Akatsuki.

Maybe Yaguras wife run away with her child because of how Yagura acted when he was controlled, but then she got murdered. And since Yukimaru was technically an orphan now, Orochimaru took him. Perhaps, Obito and Orochimaru planned together to get Yagura and his son under control; so Obito controled Yagura to make the wife ran away so Orochimaru can kidnap Yukimaru after getting rid of his mother.
Or Obito didn't know that Yagura had a child, maybe because Yukimaru got kidnapped by Orochimaru before Obito controlled Yagura.
And it could also be possible that Orochimaru took the child and run away from the Akatsuki so they are mad at him and want to kill him for that

I thought Karin was either Naruto's Secret Step sister or she was the Tsunade's Child. The second one was based more on her fascination with Naruto. Thought maybe her previous lover shared uzumaki blood too. In addition to her being 1/4 uzumaki.
I had four theories I wanted to see happen.
1) That Rock Lee would Marry Ten Ten and they would create this clan of taijutsu and weapons users.
2) That the Suicide Corps would transition into The Strong Fist clan and rival the Hyuga clan.
3) That Rock Lee would prefect the Leaf Dragon God and incorporate into the Eight Gates. Using it exclusively with the 5th gate.
4) That Amachi would escape prison and disappear into the sea to create an underwater village and found the Kaima Demon clan.

I've always had a theory that Hiruzen saved the leaf village and possibly the entire Shinobi world by halting the summoning of the third coffin in his and Orochimaru's fight. After all, it couldn't have been Minato, he was in the shinigami's stomach. Also, considering that Katubo told Tobi that he had a trump card he acquired from Orochimaru, before initiating the war, which was Madara's body; lead me to believe that Hiruzen prevented Madara from being revived. My theory was that Tobi was not alive, he was reanimated Madara being controlled by someone from the shadows.
Whoever thinks the "boruto is all a dream" theory needs to wake up to reality.

I thought that Sakura was somehow a descendent of either the uzimaki or the senju and that’s why she was so strong.
Honestly this should be canon that Sakura is distantly related to the Senjus. She has the same propensities as Tsunade.
Sakura having pink hair is similar to the Uzumaki's red hair also, which could serve as a point towards this theory
I find it very funny that Sakura is like the only semi relevant character left in the series that became strong without having any clan genetic hax. It also shows just how unoptimal the general ninja population is as their isn't anything that stops rando ninjas from getting the same strength with the same practice.

There is also the fact that Itachi's summon animal is crows, and tengu and crows go together as well (since they turn into crows when they are in animal form)
i remenber finding up a picture of team 7 on the akatsuki back in 2006 and thinking that was going to happen in the anime.
Not really a theory though. But before the truth of Itachi was revealed, I always thought there was something more in the Uchiha massacre. Even for me when I was 12, I could think there is no way it was simply "measuring my ability".
But, as a middle school student, I couldn't find any reasonable reason either.
That is why, when the truth was revealed, I was kinda happy that my (not really) theory was true.
Imagine if inbred within clans was the goal so that they can be born with more fingers thus being able to weave more signs faster.
I never understood why uchiha clan members didn’t just switch eyes with each other to ensure that they never lost their sight you would think it would be a easy fix for medical core personnel

@@PlanetZoidstar well actually you just need a rudimentary knowledge of medical ninjutsu since it was Tobi/Obito who transferred Itachi’s eyes to Sasuke
@@Gourdslinger Well Tobi/Obito was a special case as he was trained by Madara and had Hashirama Cells. I doubt your average Uchiha had even that amount of medical ninjutsu knowledge. Plus it would be a very risky process to do purely to unlock EMS for 2 Uchiha. Sasuke needed it since he burned his eyes out anyway.
I would guess that once the Uchiha clan figured out that they can swap eyes that many members of the clan would be taught that jutsu. Not only to replace their own eyes but to collect them from fallen comrades so the enemy shinobi could not acquire them during war time and obviously worked since we never see the Sharingan outside the leaf with the exception of shin who was experimented on by Orochimaru

I miss the idea that there might be other demons (tengu, oni, asura, ect) besides the nine tales floating around in the world.
I like the tailed beasts, but a supernatural/shinto element would add some nice texture to the setting, especially when they can already resurrect the dead.
Ngl, I kinda liked the idea of the rinnegan being a uzumaki clan dojutsu, since the uchiha's mangekyo sharingan is already op enough, I'd be cool to give uzumaki's their own kekkai genkai, also fits with asura and indra inheriting parts of their grandmothers abilities.
My explanation for as to why the rinnegan was never used was that the uzumaki's blood got so diluted that the rinnegan could only be accessed by an uzumaki asura reincarnation or the cells of a asura reincarnation.

I had the same "Minato is the leader of Akatsuki" theory" at the time,it was not explained about Kushina, so my theory was Minato was trying to gather the tailed beasts from the start, but he failed to contain the Nine Tails and sealed inside Naruto as a last resort, and faked his death (and running away in a weaken state) to be able to gather the Tailed Beasts from the shadows
One of my working theories back when the Naruto manga was still running was that Naruto didn't take place on planet earth.

Agree 100% agree about latest arc though I swear if sarada didn’t get the next level sharingun from kagura dying imma quit. But anyways. Just wanted to let you know that I love your theories and they have made me rewatch certain episodes looking for hints or anything I can to either prove or disprove them. I know there was a theory that Naruto would gain the Sealing Chains as a Bloodline at some point and I loved that idea.
One of my favorite things about NC hammer’s videos are his theories and fun ideas of how the story could’ve been altered. I would love if people started writing their own alternative timelines of Naruto and making them into stories. I know there is stuff like that but it hasn’t really caught on as a thing. Naruto lore definitely needs some expanding, fan fiction and theories are the way to do it. I think the fans would much prefer that to boruto so maybe the naruto staff should keep an open mind to that and help turn other people’s ideas into naruto spin off anime series. I’d watch it. I don’t know why more hasn’t been done to do that to the light novels as a start.
Oh, I would LOVE that. I got a TON of those lbased off the 4th Ninja War lying around, but I know there are more dubunked theories out there that I would prefer to watch youtubers work on and expand than see Boruto.
People theorized back in the day that Tobi was either Obito, Shisui or the ramen guy. I have never heard anyone talk about Sasuke nor Madaras brother.

Minato was so effective as a reanimation because we never really got to see his full potential. If we’re going off of how perfect jinchurikies are, they always have a chakra limit comparable or higher to the tailed beast. The one tails being an exception to this in his own way and the evil half kurama in his own way. However minato was sealed to fight with the other 3 kage in the belly of the Shinigami. Right after making himself a jinchurike for half the nine tails. However he sealed the full nine tails (albeit with Kushina’s help). So would his chakra not half to be equal to or greater than the Good half of the nine tails? Possibly even comparable to the full nine tails? Having studied at Mount myoboku and having kurama to mindlessly fight with for eternity in a timeless space you’ll get pretty good at sage jutsu even if you’re not aware of it I’d think. Kinda like fighting under genjutsu for all eternity but with your soul.
Side: (It would also make more sense as to why Naruto has the most chakra reserves in history despite only being half Uzumaki. The amount of chakra wasn’t the problem with baryon mode, it was his amount of life force, which is why kurama gave up all of his to be reincarnated again somewhere else sometime in the future.)
Edit: yes but “what even is the Namikaze clan?” And well we don’t really know. But with how talented Minato is, id almost hesitate to say that they’re a clan that was targeted by a larger country similarly to the Uzumakis. Which is another reason why Minato could probably be able to relate to Kushina a good amount more.

Kurama didn't give up his to be reincarnated later, he didn't "die" how tailed beast normally die. He literally used all his life force, Kurama can never come back. He doesn't exist anymore.
When i was little I thought Kakashi should have been there for naruto more in his childhood like a big brother figure but then as a understood kakashi's side man lost his mother before he knew her his father committed suicide then comes his team after actually really started working as a team obito dies (obito was still alive at the time but kakshi didnt knew) then other teammate rin dies by his hands and even his sensei dies after 9 tails attack man, he must have though he is reason for losing all and so he stayed away from naruto but indirectly they both were alone. But if this were to happen that they would have stayed together the whole story would have been different but still this thought that they must have been like brothers was amazing 👍
I do wish that they did more with the Uzumaki clan. Like I wish there were more in the show.

To make a note to the time traveling Tobi theory, Naruto would have had his parents and the Uchiha's would have loved (those are the 2 highest early timeline things that I remember him doing). So it very well could have been that when he travelled back in time he wanted stronger so he wanted the nine tails and wanted to weaken Naruto by making him an orphan, but then things could have happened that made him want to do everything he did (through alt timeline flashbacks or something similar).
No cause when Karin talks about how different Naruto’s chakra was than Sasuke’s I didn’t even ship them and went, “that sounds like she at the very least is putting Naruto over Sasuke.” I was quickly let down and forced to remember that she is a female in Naruto and not only can only love one guy but can never change herself to find a better person no matter what happens and how many times she acknowledges that there is a better man.
