Brilliant! Two and a half year old son had a fit during a high fever. After 5 minutes on the phone an ambulance was sent and my son and my partner were taken to a childrens A&E where my son was seen within 30minutes (!!!). After a few tests and monitoring everything was fine and they were home again in time for bedtime. I have used 111 on other occasions where we were advised how to monitor my child's condition at home which saved a visit to A&E.
