Not true. Kung Fu Jungle, despite being set in the present, is a totally different movie than Flash Point and Special ID. It's a mixture of kung fu, thriller and crime movies
Lacks diversity, how dare they. Don't they know its 2024 and movies should only be made for modern audiences. Also they action looks good, thats not allowed either in 2024.
A movie made in hong kong should only have asian actors. Its completely farcical and unrealistic to throw kermit the frog in a chinese movie. American movies with americans british movies with brits. Diversity has nothing whatsoever to do with movies. Are people gunna flock to the cinemas just to watch how many races they can spot in them. How dare you suggest descension amongst a buisness who make movies for people who appreciate movies and diversity has no bearing these actors worked their whole life to create artistic expressions. And now writers directors and actors have no creative control as people cry because a car manufacturer doesnt sell tables and lamps and curtains.

Looks like way too much CGI. I’m a big Donnie Yen fan but I don’t want to watch a computer game. I want to watch a movie.
