I believe some EUCs also only charge to 95% so that you can brake on a 'full battery'. (That's because braking charges the battery and overcharging will cause a cutout or a fire.)

Some riders do, bit even they need to top off occasionally to ensure that they reach a maximum voltage and balance their cells!!!

All great advice only been riding a week now, just checked my tyre pressure yesterday and out of the box it was about 23 PSI on the Sherman and I was rolling around for a week with that PSI🤔 just pumped it to 30ish PSI now and it feels much better. Foot cramps are REAL omg, when I start a new session I can only go for 5 min before I have to stop due to the pain but like you said it go's away after 5 min then I can go for 20 min then have a break, I am able to move my feet on the pedals now but being able to move my feet on the pedals while riding took about a week.

I was doing ok on my 5th self lesson when something out of no where happened. I hated the concrete so hard and since then I’m so afraid to try again. It’s not as easy as some of us think and claim to be. Wear your gear and very careful out there.

EUC Cutout, ruin your whole day :-( Tyre pressure (Tire for you Americans) get a valve extension adapter, check it regularly, safety gear - protect yourself, and don't attract the attention of the boys in blue. Foot cramps - little and often, learning is tiring, tired equates to falling off (I wear ankle top boots, kinda high shoes), catching your ankles on those pedals is painful too. Tilt back - are you crazy I'm not doing 30mph on my KS16X, not climbing 40 degree hills, running flat, or doing Michael Jackson either, but yes OK. Battery's - I keep the machine in the porch, not even really in the house, never unattended when I'm charging it (Batteries have a BMS, find out what that is, plenty of info on line). Have fun, it's not a chore to learn and its a never ending process to hone your skills.
