Use keragalo ad shampoo. Believe me that shampoo gives incredible results in just 3 washes. I had a lot of dry dandruff and now my scalp super clean. (My doc suggested the shampoo).
A fine tooth comb can help you get rid of it at home. Put oil on your scalp and give it a couple of hours to soak in. This makes the dry skin easier to remove. Coconut oil, olive oil or anything along those lines works. They sell the fine tooth comb in pharmacies.
I am pretty sure that they were threatened with copy write from another asmr channel on youtube for making a crack compilation. Which is complete bullshit as there is no copy write on a crack compilation, but the last time they did it it seemed to have caused a lot of trouble for Asmr clinic. Yup, I just looked for the message. If you go to Asmr clinic youtube and look under community, then go back 3 months there is this message " we are going through a serious problem. youtube has suddenly DEMONETUSED our channel ASMR Clinic without any notice. they are saying we copied someone other's videos, but we creat our own content. anyway we can reapply after 1 month and they will review again. so guys till then please support our another channel Home ASMR Clinic. we will continue our work there. Physically removing the dandruff, e.g scratching and using a comb, may feel really good, but it only makes it worse, because the skin is then irritated. I speak from my own experience.....

Yes it's best not to wash the hair the same day. And if you use oil and leave it on overnight or even for a few hours before combing, it helps
