What we did in PATTAYA, THAILAND!(Buddha mountain, BENEDICT, Elephant Village & SANCTUARY OF TRUTH)

Part 2 is here! We went out of the capital city this time on our 4th and did a day in the City of Pattaya, which is one of the most visited places in the country. It is filled with beer bars. We haven't had enough time to roam around as we've booked for a tour. Abundant in seafood and a great diving spot. Below are the list of destinations we visited for a whole day tour:
*BUDDHA MOUNTAIN PATTAYA-Known to be the as one of the largest Buddha images around the globe. Named as "Khao Chi Chan". There's a temple in the area, wide garden and shops selling for refreshments. Entrance fee is free. The famous Buddha image was created in 1996 to commemorate King Bhumibol Adulyadej's 50th year on the year.
*HOUSE OF BENEDICT CAFE- A very unique and instagrammable cafe.
PATTAYA ELEPHANT VILLAGE-Founded in the 1970's, its known as the safe haven for injured elephants or retired elephants. Over the years, the village has developed different programs promoting ethical tourism and support for elephant conversation efforts. Like other elephant village around the world, you can ride, feed, bathe and just be with the elephants. In addition they also offer to learn about Thai logging techniques back in the day demonstrated without overburdening the elephants. Last June they have a pride month show for couple of times a day. This village is worth visiting when you're planning a trip to Pattaya.
*SANCTUARY OF TRUTH-is the largest wood-carved structure in the world. Interesting fact i read online is not even a single nail has been used in the construction. Built in 1981 and it is to be completed in the year 2050. The infrastructure inside is remarkable that I feel like I was in an different dimension. There's a dress code entering this majestic palace. Not sure how much for the entrance fee due to the fee is already included on our tour. You may check on the official site for the visit timings as well as entrance fees.
