وَمَا مُحَمَّدٌ إِلَّا رَسُولٌ قَدْ خَلَتْ مِن قَبْلِهِ الرُّسُلُ أَفَإِن مَّاتَ أَوْ قُتِلَ انقَلَبْتُمْ عَلَىٰ أَعْقَابِكُمْ وَمَن يَنقَلِبْ عَلَىٰ عَقِبَيْهِ فَلَن يَضُرَّ اللَّهَ شَيْئًا وَسَيَجْزِي اللَّهُ الشَّاكِرِينَ
And Muhammad is no more than an apostle; the apostles have already passed away before him; if then he dies or is killed will you turn back upon your heels? And whoever turns back upon his heels, he will by no means do harm to Allah in the least and Allah will reward the grateful

I'm not a fan of debates, because ego is involved. Some people want to prove the other side wrong, so the crowd can cheer them on.
I'm Muslim, and I want to feel like my non Muslim friends learnt something new from Islam, and not feel like I'm punching their ego. Which is what debates do, vs sitting down privately and showing the scripture to show the truth.
Debates can turn into a "battle", between adults 🙈. God wants peace between us, not ego punching regarding divine knowledge.

Because Christians believe the reason why Jesus pbuh had to be crucified is because only the death of God could pay for all of our sins. But it's the human nature that died, then it means it's a man that died, not God, which means the alleged death Jesus pbuh would not be enough to pay for our sins in Christianity
