You can look up what happens to japanese imports, it's bullshit... imo USA basically didn't like that people buy cars from 3rd countries

Man, nice to see you finally have come to the digital age and away from the tractor tech. But you have done many things wrong with this engine, maybe not wrong, but unnecessary, first of all the 400cdi pump doesn't need aux pump to feed it, it has a gearpump in it. Intake manifold is good for up to 700-800 horse without any modifications. Tuikku has done couple of very powerful cdi engines, and you can get 400 horse with vnt turbo, stock manifolds and stock exhaust without the cat. But you are not going to get there with those amg injectors, they flow only to around 65-70hp each on 1800bar.

It sounds like it's time to find a good Cylinder Head Porting service. I hope you start selling the OM613 parts on your website and also the OM648 as well.
Any plans for w211 om648. And the biggest concern in this build is to carry out thorough cleaning intervals for cold air intake filter. Hope you will come up with a custom airbox.
I don´t know how far this engine is from the OM612 in terms of using your developed tuning parts, but it would be awesome, if you guys could tweak a 612, for all the 5 cylinder addicts.

I havent found much at all on the internet, just a couple guys in scandinavia or you in the uk or some eastern european blokes but no communities where you can learn about the cars and the possibilities, i mean with honda its massivly different so much resources on the internet and big communities etc. very good. but all the diesel guys seem to know what they are doing allready and there are no communities lol.

Chostera i know your car . I hate the om 642 because the V6 Engine. Im absolutely R6 Fan. What have you done with your gearbox Software. I have also an om613 and om 648 but my om 648 have switching brakes and Nobody can do it .
The engine looks the same as the e320cdi in the w211 is it similar and if so what sort of budget would I need to take my e320cdi w211 to this or a similar spec. It's the brabus d6 version so needs to go like it looks

Good work, very detailed, but actually it is a lot of work on 613. I wanted to buy one mercedes, and i found w210 613 in very good condition, but im thinking is it maybe better to go with om 606
I realise it's not all about the money or practicality but you can buy an E55 for peanuts now, they have the big brakes, suspension mods and big wheels as standard. I also get that some weird (!) people like turbo diesels but the E55 engine is really nice with a wide rev range of useable torque, I suspect it would cost less and on the road be no slower than this modded beast.

In summary he didn't treat it well but i love it still. I hope to get a E55 at a good price like yours, enjoy it!
i got W211 OM648 232kw@ wheels with 722.6 gearbox and similar setup but with stock turbo(hybrid on it) im running 2 bar boost AMG nozzles 400 cdi pump and more .... i got 315hp @ wheels and 777nm@ wheels , but my draivtrain loss is around 17-18% so i think its 380 engine hp not 400 :)) however , have you measured 100-200 time on this car ? im realy curoius mate :)
Heat shielding on exhaust side of turbo? Wastegate - does it have a pipe to take the hot gas away from the nearby plastic? Finally - how much if I brought the same car to you?
