Yikes!!! THIS IS AN INCREDIBLE VIDEO ! ! ! You captured one of the greatest hardcore bands of all time in such great quality. Thanks for posting this. Excellent ! ! ! sXe LIKE***
Holy bastards, how I wish I could have been able to go to this show! I've seen them three times before (many years ago), but they absolutely tore it up at Rev25. Thanks for the video!
thanks for filming & uploading for those of us that missed these and didn't find out until just this week @..@ totally brought me back 20 years to my college days when i listened to a lot of hardcore punk... Orange 9mm and Quicksand... X NYC Hardcore X yes! so pumped after watching this!
holy mother fucken shit!!! I always miss the good shit when i'm in the California department of corrections and rehabilitation[not!!] and you get 1 guess were i'm from !! yup the mother fucken Ptown!!!! about 5 minutes from the venue!!!!! WHAAAAAAAAHHHH!!!!
Quicksand is the best ! ! ! Hands down. To Wally, TC3, Allan & Sergio: Please record another album for us all fellas. You guys are way too good to just do a reunion tour. More material PLEASE. Stay together . . .
I remember seeing them at the cal state dominguez hills Velodrome in CA august of '95 when they opened up for the Offspring. The Vandals came on right after them. Then the Offspring-which totally sucked! But man I will never forget how good this band sounded. Can't wait for FYF!!!!!
I first saw Quicksand in Boston not long after their 7" came out. They were absolutely incredible, and a total game changer for me in terms of what it could mean to be a hardcore band. I've seen Quicksand many times since then, along with countless other great bands over the years, but Quicksand continues to remain on top.
I was lucky enough to see them in the UK back in 1994, supporting The Offspring at Nottingham's Rock City along with Guttermouth. I fell in love with them right there. Absolutely amazing band, especially live. One of the greatest bands that most folk have never heard. :D \m/\m/
No mightier f---g band than Quicksand, Slip is one of the greatest records of all time. The intensity on that record hits you with the force of a runaway freight train.
I did a video edit of the full Quicksand concert with a second camera angle (by Tru Tube) ...and with sound from the sound board at ua-cam.com/video/QpXHhlcNxz4/v-deo.html

That was 98. Way, way off. No way in hell would Quicksand open for the Deftones in '93. Deftones hadn't even put their first album out yet and Quicksand were in their prime. Quicksand did however go on tour with Deftones and Snapcase in 1998 and I saw them then too.
YES YES YES tour please!!! These songs are the Greatest!

Yes. All original members
YES!
I wish they would reunite, record and tour.
stage diving is a part of hardcore deal with it. It was around when I got into it in 93 it always will be.
Dude you need to contact someone and get the board feed. This video deserves it. Thanks for posting this.

FYI: they are playing in Sep. with Refused and Hot Snakes in Downtown LA
I couldn't believe how tight they were seeing them after not playing for over 10 years. So incredible.
最高すぎ
yes Sergio is in Deftones
How friggin awesome was that. Could have totally gone for some "Landmine Spring" though.
I saw them open for the Deftones in 1993 ....
How awesome is that ?

Alan Cage is such a great drummer
There in ny and sold out. Dammmmmittt!!!!!
sweet Conan intro
I saw Quicksand in early 90's. The crowd for Fugazi was way bigger. I think Quicksand is more popular now they then. Cream rises eventually.
The version of "Dine Alone" is absolutely smoking! A million thanks for posting.

They used the intro from Conan

Quicksand opened for RATM in 93 but I'm pretty sure you meant 98 with Snapcase and Deftones.
And Texas is the reason????? Great show anyway.
sent here by Vinnie Paz.

How did you film this without getting knocked down ?
