Yup this same thing happened to me. I had contacted Bethesda, sent screenshots, a video or at their request and then nothing! Never got any more replies back. I had to do a complete uninstall and then reinstall from Steam. I thought it might have something to do with StarUI's Inventory but I reloaded it after the reinstall and now it is working. Appreciate this as I thought it was just me!

For me anyway, everytime you delete the content catalog, and then log into Creations, I have to reinstall all my mods. I think it has something to do with using Vortex or MO, as those populate in Creations as well.
I generally don't use mods from the creation club , I've been using Nexus since the beginning of Skyrim . Where are my problem is , is the main quest not firing off the way it's supposed to . Everything worked perfect prior to May 15th . But now I have to quit out of the game and reload my save about five times to get through the section where the hunter attacks the lodge . And another four or five times at the final buried Temple . If one thing goes wrong you can't just ignore it and TCL passed it . Because every single section has to be done in order for the next section to fire off .
I haven't had any problems like this, but was following along and noticed that I don't have that file in my appdata/local/starfield folder & I know that I haven't deleted anything in the past month (since I started downloading mods from nexus) & had to setup the plugins file according to instructions found on nexus.
Restarting my Xbox’s works, but we are having major issues with the mods on creations crashing the game or destroying saves. This makes me delete all creations by clearing the save data then praying I have a save that’s not broken so I won’t lose days of play time.
I pretty much have this issue every single time I try to open the creations menu, and to make it more annoying, once i get back in after deleting that file, the menu won't register that i have any mods loaded even though they appear in the load order, forcing me to have to "redownload" everything if i want to uninstall a mod or update it. Looks like doing that has also caused duplicates of said mods in my game as well.
I don't think you have to actually re-download them. They don't show up as Creations but they do show up as files, and I just load up my game without re-downloading and it works.
This does not fix the issue for me. I have tried deleting this catalog file several times. When I launch the game after deleting the file and chose creations, it just sits and spins... nothing
Just a note to my comment. I fixed this by renaming the Starfield folder in C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Starfield and creating a new folder and moving the plugins.txt file to this new folder. So essentially this new Starfield folder only has this one file in it. I Also removed all save files from my saved game folder. I started the game, created new game to the point where I could save the game. Once I did all this, I could open Creations with no issues.
when im in the game it says i only have 5 installed but ive bought a total like 9 creations and they dont load in the game even tho i deleted them and redownloaded them so many times
It sounds like one of the creations isn't playing nice. I'd recommend uninstalling each one and installing them one by one, loading a non modded save before checking the next one. That way, if it is one causing issue, you can figure it out. Aside from that, if you have bought an item and you can get it to work, I'd recommend going to the bethesda support site and asking for a refund
i've been doing this for 3 days, now h game is completely unplayable and won't crash to desktop all the time from loading it to getting to cration and crash to starting new game getting in and crash, no GPU issue simply bethas
I had that on Xbox. When I went into Creation first, it kept doing it. So I loaded into my game first, then quit the game, and then went back into Creation. It started working. That happened to me a few times on Xbox. I just load my game first.
Have this every time, i do install mods and change the load order (to get the community patch first). Next game start the Creations are flatlined again.
I'm sure they're working on sorting this out because creation club is a revenue stream & mods are such a big part of what will keep starfield alive for a decade & possibly beyond. Thanks CF for all you do for fans of this game.

again caution this new or old bug can CORRUPT SAVED GAMES so it's lke playing on thin ice it may or may not happen to you but it's happened t me yesterday
The cause is for some reason, when you make a save, it will put garbage in that file, there is no reason for a save to be accessing that file. It is not an active process. there are tools you can download that you can run that will check and fix the file. This is not the kind of bug unfortunatly that can be fixed quickly. So far there have been at least two attempts to do so in updates. I do not envy the dev who has to figure out exactly what is fucking up. The program I am using is called Starfield tools. You can see it on nexus but not currently download it as it i not the kind of thing they usualy allow. The creator does have a link to a download site tho.
Creations are trash on xbox too sound loss need to delete and reinstall all mods multiple times a week and creations not playing nice with each other and no way for us to know how or what we can do but buy more points for poorly written mods with very little post purchase support. But hey 76 and ESO are cool everyone right 😂
Bethesda better fix this. The temporary fix we have to do is tedious and repetitive having to do it constantly.

Do not use vortex and Creations. They have not been mixing well lately.

This happens on Gamepass as well; I use a file I found on Nexus and ru n it prior to loading the game. I used to delete the content file as you showed
I did this, but when I went back to do it again (creations crashed again) the Starfield file is missing? Any idea why? ?
