Day 12 of the Karen Overall Relaxation Protocol (Part 1)

Day 12 of the Karen Overall Relaxation Protocol (Part 1). Buffy was hot and still a bit wound up from a walk, so struggled this morning with the harder tasks like being still while I sit in a chair or ring the doorbell, and especially when I said “Hello!” to an imaginary person!
She told me a few times that she was finding things hard (scratching, walking off), but all things considered I think she did well - staying still while I went fully out of sight.
