Day 4 of the Karen Overall Calmness Protocol

I created a bit more space today, but still can’t take 15 steps away with the space in my house! Buffy did really well for how active she was this morning. She made some frustration noises during the session, showing how this is actually quite hard for her. But she didn’t always get up.
