Donny Cates really surprised me with this story. At first I was kinda pissed off because it looked like he was ignoring everything from the Immortal Hulk story and everything Al Ewing did, but it was nice to see Donny reference the story in the later issues of his new run. Bruce saying, "The Hulk is Immortal, I'm not." And later on the Betty Ross persona referencing the One Below All. That was enough to get me onboard with this story. I love a story that's completely different from the previous story, but still references it and pays homage to it. I absolutely love that. Donny Cates gets it with the Hulk. He understands that the Hulk is this being with infinite power and Donny Cates can make him as powerful as he wants him to be, and it can all be explained with the Hulk just reaching a new level of rage and it would still make sense. The Hulk could reach a level of power where he can destroy the entire infinite multiverse with his rage and power and it would still make sense, because the Hulk's rage and power is limitless. The Beyonder and multiple writers confirmed it. So when people debate on crossover fights like Hulk vs Superman or Hulk vs Broly or Doomsday etc. If it's a battle to the death, the Hulk would win every single fight he's in. Because he can always come back to life and his power is literally limitless. The more powerful the Hulk becomes, the more unbeatable he becomes. The Hulk is the most physically powerful character in all of fiction. Excluding characters that use magic or can warp reality. I'm talking about powerhouses that use their physical power to win. Guys like Superman, Thor and Goku and what not.
Bro/Sis, I definitely agree with you that Hulk is one of the physically strongest characters in all of fiction, but I have disagree with you on the fact that he can win every death fight against the other characters you just listed. Mainly on the fact that Broly, Superman and Doomsday are all capable of growing stronger within their own universes. Not to mention that they have other versions of their characters across media.
@@tavaedenton3338 When it comes to characters like Superman and Doomsday, they've had a lot of versions of themselves throughout DC, but there's no version of Doomsday that can kill the Hulk in my opinion. Practically no other version of Superman can kill the Hulk either. Even if you include CAS he can't really eliminate the Hulk because that would violate the purpose TOAA/TOBA gave the Hulk. And if you think about it, wouldn't Superman and Hulk just absorb each other? Because the sun generates gamma radiation. So if Superman and Hulk were to fight, Superman would turn into a Hulk and theoretically the Hulk would become Superman. Then it becomes a stalemate.
@@callmestorm23 Maybe I'm missing something here, but can't Doomsday adapt to the powers of anybody who he's fighting? Because I'm pretty sure he can do that. Abd even if Hulk does manage to kill him, he can come back to life, permanently immune to what killed him before.
@@tavaedenton3338 It is correct that Doomsday can adapt to anyone's powers, however the Hulk has a resistance to this as shown in World War Hulk. When Darwin (Omega Level Mutant) failed to adapt to the Hulk's power. Darwin is the same character that adapted to the powers of Hela, The Goddess Of Death. And while it is true that Doomsday can't permanently be killed and will come back to life, it varies on the type of damage Doomsday receives that determines when he comes back. For example if Doomsday dies by getting his neck snapped, then it would take him a minute to come back to life. However if Doomsday dies by getting ripped in half or reduced to a skeleton then that would take him years to come back. And the thing is, Doomsday's never came back from complete disintegration. When Doomsday was sent to the end of time by Superman in their rematch, that version of Doomsday never came back. Most of the other times Superman's battling a Doomsday from an alternate universe or a clone.

That might be why the hulk's level 10 is theoretical, because he would have the destructive power of Marvel's supreme being and his strength at that point would be incomprehensible and only able to exist in theory
