You should do a battle of the 7.5 tonners(daf, man, iveco) 😂😂 the day shift trucks that are always left in rag order from the wizzing around the industrial estates like vans.
Brilliant video of the little MAN. Love the views of the Truck & very I interesting showing the rev counter through the gears. 1600 rpm at 80 kmph very relaxed at that speed. 👍
Happy New Year Stavros. Love the truck videos. I'm hoping to get in to the truck driving game very soon. I have the C category Theory Test booked for early January so all going well I'll well on my way.
My first encounter with something slightly bigger than an average car was such a MAN with 220 horses, bigger cab, manual splitter gearbox and a huge box on the back, with its 3,90m (9'10"" in retarded units) in height it was not that far away from a 40t long hauler... Very nice to experience that, every car driver should drive something like this for a bit, to understand what truckers have to deal with...talking about possible speeds, braking distances, visibility of things around them, blind spots and so on...
If this valve block is there.... Will it snow on the dashboard.... I have 2008 MAN TGL 7.150.. D0834 engine ZF gearbox ... When I'm in first gear it shows 3rd on the dashboard... When I'm in 3rd gear it shows 6th gear on the dashboard....
Hey Stavros. How about making a review of the all new TGL? As far as I know, they have changed it very much, so it could be interesting to hear what you think of the new one.
Hi Stavros, don’t think it’s a patch on the Daf equivalent. Is that truck rated at 7.5 tonne? Nice little vid though mate. I know it’s a 2010 machine but don’t think it wears its years very well. Happy new year matey👍🏻🚚🚚🚚😆
Just Aviation if I’m tramping I’d rather have a Daf cos the beds are the best in the Business if I wanted a decent truck I’d get a Volvo cos the gearbox is the best Scania are ok but overrated at the end of the day it’s personal preference
I like this brother, he's always in a positive zone.

I don't have a truck, nor do I have anything to do with trucks... but I am mesmerized by his videos. I love finding out stuff from him.
Love these truck review videos, keep up the good work Stavros!
ohAproxy Thanks for watching, Happy New Year🎊👍

700nm @ 1400rpm is insane for something like this!

Man diindonesia belum ada yang ukuran sedang. Salam dari Purwokerto Indonesia

In central and east Europe, they use these with topsleepers and a full on trailer (bdf) to transport as cheap as possible.

Are those steel-capped loafers that you're wearing?
Hey Stavros.
How about making a review of the all new TGL?

45 euro is a steal Stavros 😋 In The Netherlands it is €120😣😣
in Serbia its 68 euros or 6.800 Rsd - Serbian Dinar
I recently got a TGL 7.150.....its very slow ...very slow and poor over small inclines ...what can i do
How many leaf spring blades on this truck
What sensor let's you know what gear you are in
This truck with manual gearbox is tough and powerful but very exhausting to drive. And that 4-cylinder engine is very loud to cabin.
The Merc Ategos are underpowered as well, a 12 tonne fully loaded is very slow and “interesting” at junctions and roundabouts!?
They are not too bad, same as Iveco Eurocargo's. Perfect for a topsleeper with a lowdeck setup and a curtain trailer from Gniotpol
Cheer's
Do you drive & work in mainland europe or just UK?
Daf truck would be nice to review i say

love ur vids.. keep it coming... btw is there any british truck manufacturer?
Mahin Ahmed There was Bedford, Dennis and ERF to name a few, cheer’s 👍
The creators of ERF and Foden we’re brothers apparently so yes Foden is one. Also, seddon Atkinson and scammel were British
Can you do the man effiecientline 3?
I really want to watch you to test asia trucks such nissan UD truck..
Looks like the company detuned the gear shift for better fuel consumption
Dude we in 2020
What year is it?
זה משאית מעל 15 טון ??
How much is the cost of the truck
Stavros I got C And CE category... EU. And the chip! What do I need to pass in Ireland to start driving?
All EU nations have the same truck licenses i'm pretty sure. I know in the UK when we had shortages a lot of foreigners came in to fill the gaps
stavros any idea why trucks are automatic now many of them when i was driving 20years ago i never saw an auto truck
paul Herlihy to make them idiot proof and more efficient I imagine. And ease of operation I suppose.
@Nightreaper Anon most performance cars use dual clutch boxes not autos with torque converters
happy new year every one
Dm means drive maneuver
Try drive man tgx bro
What kind of truck do u drive at the minute?
Scania S V8, I guess from 2018
It is actually a 10 tonner
please review volvo vnl
when you doing daf
Hopefully soon Mason Isle
Yeah thanks for the video but you forgot to tell us what its the fuel consumption ( fully Loaded) on this Small mean Truck
4.6L 4 cylinder...
45€ for a driverscard is Not so much.
In the Netherlands you paid 120€ for a stupid plastic card 🙈
Never driven a MAN with a decent auto gearbox absolute garbage for the most part. A real gaffers truck if ever there was one.
Most new trucks are automatic these days
dukeburger5 the new scania are good for their auto boxes and I believe Volvo has dropped making manuals altogether.
In my job all trucks are manual so no problem there
Είσαι Έλληνας;
M A N stands for mean and nasty
Hahaha I totally agree there shit
Scania 4 life
Just Aviation if I’m tramping I’d rather have a Daf cos the beds are the best in the Business if I wanted a decent truck I’d get a Volvo cos the gearbox is the best Scania are ok but overrated at the end of the day it’s personal preference
Stephen Trundle Scania or Volvo I’m Swedish so they are built for our climate but not man
Just Aviation Scania sold there soul when they sold it to MAN
It's a MAN truck, not a M A N truck.
Could be worse. You could be driving an Isuzu.
